Got a repair to my driver door under warranty. So didn t pay a dime and yet the team at Maguire s Ford Lincoln went out of their way to hand wash my Lincoln MKX.
Now that s service. Talk about going the extra mile 100%!

I take my Ford Transit t250 in for service on a regular basis. Staff works hard to be clear about expectations for either the work to be performed or the work that's necessary.
Counting the years that this Ford dealership was Hess Ford, I've been having all servicing for the 6 Fords we've had in our family performed at what is now Maguire's Ford in Campbelltown for over 30 years. Enough said......the many reasons I've stayed with them are all excellent.
Everyone is very nice and Jessica was very helpful when I called in. Rodger was a wonderful sales person was not the least bit pushy. The body shop took care of a small ding quickly..
Had really great experience over at Maguire's Ford. The sales team and Jeff Kleinfelter. A sales associate spent a good deal working with us as we worked a deal we were comfortable with. He stayed in touch through the duration of a week showing us options. We decided on 2020 Ford Escape sel trim. We are a family of 4 and so this vehicle meet our needs and we were pleased. We recommend Maguire's Ford for all your transportation needs, they have something that fits your family in all stages. Head on over take a test drive, have some fresh popcorn and let Maguire's meet your needs. Thanks Jeff K. and the team at Maguire's
Rob, Tyler and the team were helpful and made my car buying experience easy. There may be dealerships closer to me but it is well worth going out to Maguire's to get the customer service that I expect when buying a vehicle. I definitely would buy from them again.
EDIT: Shortly after the purchase we realized that we had signed up for an extended warranty that wasn't going to work for us (8 years, 60k miles which was not enough miles for our driving habits). Tried to contact the dealership to cancel and buy a new, higher mileage warranty. Got a lot of run around and did not have a great experience with this step. Ended up just canceling altogether (which they did NOT make easy). Canceling took 5 emails and writing a letter. Then we were told we'd have to drive back in to the dealership (not what our contract says). Finally reached out to the management team and got a snarky voicemail about how I "didn't feel the process was smooth enough". No apology or anything.
Best guess is they'll be nice to you as long as you're paying them, and if there's any bumps in the road, prepare for trouble. But the buying process was really very good.
We just brought home our new 2018 Ford Fusion Energi Platinum. We love the car so far and we had a great experience with Jose and Nick at Maguire's Ford Lincoln.
Jose was great to work with, and it was a very low pressure environment. He took us on an extensive test drive and explained some of the vehicle's features and gave us time to explore the vehicle and make sure it was the right one for us. He knew we weren't ready to make a decision that night, and he didn't push at all, just gave us his contact information and let us go.
Once we were ready to purchase, he was great to work with. Since we were traveling about an hour to buy the vehicle, he was willing to do all of the work over phone and email. We were able to settle on a price, lock down financing terms, etc. Then when we came in everything was ready to go.
Nick, the finance manager, was also really easy going. He explained some of our options with protection plans, gap insurance, etc. but didn't push us to buy anything we didn't want. Very different from your usual "go meet the finance guy" nightmare.
Once the paperwork was done, it was time to head home with our new car. The car was freshly washed, fully charged and had a full tank of gas. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with and the entire process was so easy.
I drove 2 hours from Maryland to look at a 2016 GT350. After test driving the vehicle, I considered purchasing a new one that was parked next to it. (which cost 10k more). Initially there was some confusion and a misunderstanding with communication regarding the price of a vehicle. I expressed my concerns and the owner called me personally and I was very pleased with our conversation. I truly appreciate the owner calling me and working everything out. I will definitely be considering purchasing one of their mustangs and would recommend this dealer to others in and outside of the local area.
We stopped in to check out some options and spoke to Troy. He took the time to listen and when we stopped back a few weeks later he remembered everything we wanted and needed. He worked with us and he was never pushy. Thank you to Troy and Maquires for meeting our needs!
My father came into Maguire's Ford with a beautiful lifted 2013 F-150 XLT SuperCrew cab with only 66,000 miles. They offered him $16,000 trade in value; a complete rip off compared to Kelly Blue Book.
My father went to Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg and they offered $23,500 for his truck and traded it in for a Brand new 2020 ranger. A $7,500 TRADE IN DIFFERENCE. That is absolutely unacceptable.
Moral of the story is, the sales department is crooked. Take your trade into Bob Ruth instead.
I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Compass at Maguires and I am very very satisfied. I was treated far better than I could have imagined from the first inquiry til I drove away with the jeep. A wonderful experience. Will recommend your dealership to anyone interested. THANK-YOU so very much.
Inspection mechanic required we replace items that where not due for replacement ! Instead of only replacing items that failed inspection!!! Our free inspection would have cost us thousands of dollars in uneeded repairs!!!
I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of service and the efficiency and professionalism of the employees. Driving away with a washed car is a very nice perk.
My daughter had her car taken to your facility from another dealership and someone damaged it from what looks like hitting a high curb doing a few hundreds worth of damage. So called service manager tells me to go through my insurance are you freaking kidding me you did the damage pay to get it fixed so my insurance doesn t go up. Poor business practice. Then I message them with copies of the pictures if the damage and of course no response back.
Bought Vehicle in for Extended warranty work through Key Warranty, which Maguire's said they accept. Maguire's received authorization to make repairs. When work was complete, they refused to allow me to pick up my vehicle until they were paid by the warranty company. Vehicle sat all week complete but I was unable to pick it up. I finally resolved the problem myself by contacting the company I purchased the vehicle from, and they actually paid the warranty portion of the bill so I could pick up my vehicle. If Clift Auto Sales had not gone out of their way to help in this situation, God only knows how long I would have been out of a vehicle. The average person doesn't have 1-2 weeks to be without a vehicle! Will not recommend to anyone nor will I ever visit this establishment again. I'm pretty sure this isn't even legal.
A special thanks to Gene & especially Rin in the Collision Dept. They were so helpful. The work performed by that shop was well done. Thank them for me.
Took my Acura MDX in for an oil change at Quick Lane. They had me in and out in under an hour. Can't ask for more! I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a very nice waiting room that has plenty of options for seating (near a tv, at a table, or in a quieter area suitable for reading).
I love dealing with Maguire's. I know I can go there with any problem and be treated like I am their only customer. I have been buying vehicles there for 8 years now and would not dream of going anywhere else! Maguire's really takes care of my whole family. I would encourage everyone to go to Maguire's. Their sales and service depts are second to none. We feel like we are a part of the Maguire's family and will continue to take our business forever!
If you take your Ford in for an airbag recall, DONT do it here! They blew my APIM and blamed it on me, stating it was fried before they touched it. When I mentioned it on Facebook, turns out this is a common occurrence at Ford Maguire as many others stated the same thing happened to them here. And the best part? They want $800 to fix it. I knew this place had bad reviews, but it s the closest Ford dealer we have.
I never had a problem at this dealership in the past, but my latest purchase was less than satisfactory. My appointment for signing all the papers was scheduled at 1230 and I noted the same time with my name on the finance rep board, but I was delayed 45 minutes. I was told sorry several times, but it gets old hearing sorry over and over. I drove home and found half of my floor mats were missing. Then I found paint missing on the drivers door frame close to the roof. Next the speaker was blown in the rear passenger sliding door. The My Ford App showed my front tires were at 20 pounds and the rear tires were at 21 pounds. I went to quick lane and got the inflated to 41 front 42 rear as the manual recommends. I found a transport sticker on the roof of my vehicle, so obviously my vehicle was not inspected and washed. I had to speak to the manager for action to start as my salesman never called me back, will not work with him again. I should not be the one scheduling corrections that should have been done before I picked up my car. I will give the manager credit to get the ball rolling. Never had so many issues before here or at another dealer. Quality control is lacking at Maguire For and Lincoln and that is a shame for their customers.
I ve had a few fairly positive experiences at Maguire s (except for very long wait times), but tonight I am disappointed.
I was turned away from the quick lane 2 nights in a row. I came in last night around 6, and tonight around 5:40 (this is the earliest I can get there after work) requesting a simple oil change. Both nights, I was told that they wouldn t have time. Last night he said they already took the last one, and tonight he said they had 3 inspections to finish, only 2 techs, and were already going to be working on them until 7.
I explained my frustration, but he didn t seem to care. Didn t even offer an apology. He said I could leave my car there and they would do it tomorrow, but I explained that wouldn t work because it s my only car and I have to get home tonight and to work tomorrow morning. I asked if I could make an appointment, and he said no it s walk-in only but I could make an appointment with the dealer s service center. That won t work either because their last appointment is around 3pm and they don t do weekends.
This may have all been less frustrating if the person I was talking to was more pleasant. But he wasn t. He was short and didn t seem to really care to help me. He made me feel like a bother, and was condescending - acting like I should know better than to come in for an oil change at the end of the month when people are getting inspections done.
All of this to say: if you advertise walk ins until 7, you should take walk ins until 7. If you want to leave promptly at 7, then you should advertise that you close at 5:30 or 6 so that you have enough time to finish everything before 7.
The convenient hours (or at least what seemed like convenient hours) and nice waiting area kept me coming back to Maguire s, but tonight I took my business elsewhere. Not sure if I ll be back.
When camping over 500 miles from home on a holiday weekend you could not find a better service department when you need it. From the minute I called at 5:00 on a Thursday and was told they could get me in at 7am Friday moring I felt confidence that they would fix my f-350 and have me on the road. The service technician diagnosed the issue in the first 15 minutes I was there and explained what the repair was and did the work just as fast. I was back at the rv park in time for breakfast and the kids made it to the park the minute it opened!! Thanks again Phil Parker and Dan Sherman!! Highest recommendations!!!! -Rob L. -Ct
Again, Quick Lane is a real joke..... Stopped in today for The Works and inspection and was told in a very rude way that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before the car would even be taken in. Plus the inspection would be another hour wait. Had same issue last time I attempted to have my service done there.
Why don t they just change their business philosophy and make appointments like everyone else. At least we, the customers could better schedule our busy life styles. Our time is just as important as the service people who think they are in control. And hire someone who cares to work so your customer are treated with some kind of respect when they enter Quick Lane....
Time for a name change.... maybe Slow lube.
I will NOT return again. I will return to someone who appreciates the business.
I would give the quick lane a 5 star they were great helping me with the inspection but then we didn't pass we got sent to service this is why I'm giving you a two star. You treated me and my daughter horrible you belittle my daughter and made us feel like we are so stupid for asking questions. We just wanted to know the process and how to get our truck pass inspection. We didn't need the humiliation that went with it. Part of me just wanted to walk out a go somewhere else. I hope I don't ever have to deal with these men ever again.
Easily scheduled 30,000 mile service appt on line. Service department readily received vehicle, promptly serviced it, and called me for advance approval to repair brake rotor. Vehicle was washed when ready for on time pickup. Pricing was fair value.
Jeff Kleinfelter, my salesperson at Maguire's Ford was very helpful with every question I had about the vehicle I was purchasing and made the whole process very easy. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Maguire's Ford.
It was one of the best experiences we have had in purchasing a new vehicle! Tyler really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We recommend seeing him. The rest of the staff was great too. They have earned our business and we will be back!
The whole team at maguires of Hershey was awesome, these guys know they re trucks,I was a little unsure what truck I wanted to add to my roofing co. And these guys walked me through every step of the way and made the entire process easy, fast and enjoyable.Thankyou Jeff,Nichole and joe ... I love my 2019 f250!!! #m.arndt##mda construction/roofing
I had an unexpected need for service and called late in the day to drop off my car. Their earliest appointment was four days out but I did not feel confident driving my car, so I left it there.
I received a call the following day that my car was done. the problem it was experiencing was warranty-related and something which typically takes 7-10 days to complete as the parts have to come from Ford. They found they had an opening in the morning and that they had the part in the shop already, so they completed the work and had the car ready less than 18 hours after I dropped it off.
I can't say I've ever had such a pleasant surprise when it comes to car repair.
I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus!!! It was soooo much more than I planned for myself, but it is the best decision I ever made. Shoutout to Troy at Maguire's made sure my first car was the best choice! THANK YOU!
I recently drove from the Philadelphia area to Maguire to purchase a new Ford Edge. Maguire had the biggest range of feature in the area and so it was worth the drive. Morgan, my salesman, was the consummate professional - patient and knowledgeable - and it was a pleasure doing business with him, but everyone from the manager to the finance manager were kind and attentive. If you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln product, it could be worth the drive to head to Hershey to visit Maguire.
Under 3 to 4 inches of snow, my daughter and I were able to travel to their facility with Uber and arrived around 9:30 AM. I went to the collision section, as I was informed to do in the message I received, but the door was locked and no one was there. I spoke with an employee by the oil lube section and he told me to enter through the oil lube section and speak with Dean. As I entered the facility Dean was entering the front desk area and I informed him I was there to inspect my vehicle. He tells me to meet him at the desk behind the wall of the oil lube section. I hand him the check from the insurance company plus the $500 deductible. I asked what the warranty was and he stated it was a lifetime warranty for the work even though there s nothing in writing. When asked where my vehicle was he stated it was by the collision section of their facility and it would be difficult to inspect my vehicle due to the snow. I was given my key and we began my long walk back to the collision parking lot and my vehicle was not there. After being misinformed of the location of my vehicle I began walking back to the oil lube section to ask the whereabouts of my vehicle. As I walked back I continuously pressed the alarm button on the car remote. It wasn t until I was near the entrance of the oil lube, where I started from, that I heard the alarm sound coming from my car, three rows back under a mound of snow. Not only was it full of snow but their facility plow placed several additional in front and back of the vehicle. After 15 minutes of removing enough snow from the hood and driver door to inspect my vehicle, I get in, pop the hood, and start the engine. Right away I notice three things; 1.a high vibration sound coming from the engine where they removed the mounting bolts. It was a sound I ve never heard before in the 14 months I ve had the car or any car for that matter. 2.My car had been driven 71 miles while in their possession. I have before and after pictures of the mileage to prove this. The pictures have the facility in view so they don t say, How do we know the pictures were taken here. . 3. The RPM s were running at 1,250. I let the car warm up for a half hour while my daughter and I removed the rest of the snow. I get back into the car to check the RPM s and the car was still running 250+ RPM s more than it should be. I return to the oil lube area and no one is there. I head over to the front desk of the dealership and I see the reception on her iPhone watching videos. I informed her that I needed to speak with Dean in reference to the issues I ve found. I follow her back to the oil lube section and she returns and tells me that Dean would be out shortly. Dean comes out and I begin to explain the issue of the high RPM s and this is where I begin to hear the song and dance. He tells me that the car is cold from sitting so long. I look at him and told him it wasn t sitting that long because they put over 50 miles on it while at their facility. Also, the vehicle was warmed up for half an hour prior to going in and speaking to him. He ignored my statement of the vehicles additional mileage, which is excessive if it s just being tested around their lot. Dean s response, Just drive it around for a few days and the RPM s should go back to normal. I ve made a mental note of it if you call. At this point I knew I wasn t going to get anywhere. I ve owned the car for over a year. I know how my car reacts to different temperatures and the sounds that come from the engine. I m not uneducated when it comes to cars as I ve rebuilt engines in the past. I walked out shaking my head. All in all they received over $10,000 in parts and labor and I get a car that makes a high pitched sound, revs high, antifreeze spilled on left side of engine, and misaligned bumper (noticed after being able to view the car in my garage). I will never place my trust in any Maguire s facility again.
$652 charge and they still did not repair our air conditioner!!!! We will never use Ford Maquire's again! Complete rip off. Now we have to go elsewhere to have our air conditioner repaired and more cost. I don't know how they stay in business!
We were pleasantly greeted, all questions we asked were answered Al Was GREAT!!!!!!!! We had a wonderful experience and will highly recommend this business
Just purchased my first Ford. A 2020 Ford Escape. My experience with Tyler, my sales rep, as well as all the Maguire staff was both professional and friendly. They were very easy to work with and explained every question I had. They worked very hard to get me the exact car I wanted. Couldn t be happier with my new vehicle!! Loved the Thank You video I received from Tyler. A really nice touch!! Would definitely recommend this dealership.
Amazing overall experience! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was ready to help each step of the way. We are so in love woth our new explorer!
My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Maguire's Ford in Hershey. After numerous telephone conversations with the Sales Manager, we felt comfortable visiting the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a sales associate named Tyler Starry. Tyler was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. We started with the formalities of driver's license, insurance, etc... then moved into the test drive phase of our visit. We gave Tyler the out the door price we were looking to achieve and stated our intent to make the purchase if the vehicle drove as expected and the price was met. When we got back to the dealership Tyler met with his manager and we were able to meet at an agreeable price for the purchase. Throughout the visit there was no pressure and Tyler did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Due to the nature and success of this visit, we will be working with Tyler Starry, and Maguire's Ford, for our future vehicle purchases and needs.
My vehicle was done when they said it would be.I had 2 new tires put on n got the best price compared to local companies. Cant go wrong when you get service here.
Went in to price a 2019 leftover and I was pleased with the salesman, Jon. He and their sales manager JJ were serious about meeting my needs and negotiated with respect and a desire to make me a customer of Maguires. The sales and closing process was way better than I expected as they moved me in and out in record time.
My first end of lease experience. I was a bit nervous about the whole process but with the experienced professionals at McGuires Ford it was an exciting adventure! Thanks to Troy for his patience with all of my questions and for his courage in driving with me! I felt no pressure to make a decision and only felt confident with the decision I did make. I am now driving a beautiful Ford Escape and loving it! Thank you all and I will see you again in 3 years!
My daughter's car was totaled in a flood. Late on a Friday our salesman Morgan went above and beyond to make certain my daughter found the car she wanted for a fir price. We finalized all the paperwork and details at almost 9:30, Morgan made certain my daughter was happy. I've been a customer at McGuire's for 20+ years. There is no place better for sales and service. I thank Morgan for all of his help, I will by my next car from him.
I bought a 2013 Ford Focus from another dealer. After having the car for about a month it started having issues with shifting properly and shuddering when moving from a stop. The drive train was still under a Ford warranty & had to be taken to a Ford dealership for repair. I took the car to Maguire's because it was the closest one. I had the car in for issues with the transmission just about every month. The last time I had plans to travel & had to cancel because the car could not be driven. Every time it was in for repair I had to pay for a rental car even thou my ford was in warranty. Maguire's ford acted as if this was my fault because of buying the car else where. They seemed to have no interest about trying to keep a customer loyal to ford. I felt insulted & have decided to never buy another ford again because of the way I was treated & because of the car being build with a known problem. Ford is still building these cars with the same transmission therefore they will continue to have problems with them.
The folks at Maquire's in particular Kevin really went above and beyond taking the time to make sure I was happy when issues developed that were beyond their control.
The transmission on my Focus has been an issue since we got it. Maquire's has always fixed it under warranty without complaint. That's the good news. The bad news is that last time I was there I asked for my service history and was told "We don't do that". I will not buy another Ford product, that is for sure (there is a class action suit about the Focus transmission issues), and would probably not go to Maquire's again because of their refusal to print my repair history. There's just no reason for that.
Took my truck in for service for a speaker that blew out. 2 days after i got my truck back, speaker blew again. I'm done buying Ford's after having them since 1972. Theres more to this but what's the point, nothing will get done.
I don t usually give out 1 stars, but I am so tired of this dealer misdiagnosing the issues with my truck. Even after doing all the research myself and telling them what the problem was. I have a 6.0 power stroke with warm start issues. I told them that there was a little oil leak that was dripping down to the transmission which mixed with a warm start issue is most likely a high pressure oil issue, usually the high pressure oil tube and dummy plug o-rings. They came back and told me it was the FICM, they were positive. So I replaced the FICM..... guess what!!!!!! DIDN T FIX THE ISSUE!!!! So I replaced the high pressure oil tube o-rings and dummy plug o-rings my self and it fixed the problem immediately. It starts up like a new truck. This wasn t the first time they miss diagnosed my truck either. Just like most dealer mechanics, they don t use their brains to diagnose, they use a computer on your dollar and when you come back mad, they place blame on the computer. They take no responsibility. I diagnosed the problem using forums online and I turned out to be right.....compared to their $10,000 diagnostic computer. Great job guys.
We needed a new truck, and using Maguire Ford's website and stopping on the lot on a Sunday we found the truck we wanted. So we went to the store on Monday and were greeted by Tyler who gave us a great purchasing experience. Like always it took a little while to get done, but towards the end the day we were headed home with our new truck. We were very satisfied and we love the truck
Jose at Maguire was the best ever to work with, from the beginning to end he dealt with us and our needs and it didn t feel like a sales deal! I am so happy with my 2019 Ford Escape! I will definitely go back there and would recommend him over and over again!!
2 very different greetings form the two people in the office. The women very helpful & courteous. The man "greeted" me with what seemed like he was scolding me for coming on the wrong day. I knew I was there on the day I was told to come from my insurance agent who made the call to Maguire's for me. When I tried to explain he cut me off saying that he had written down that my appointment was tomorrow and so that is why I was wrong to come in today. Then in a condecending tone he said he would look at the car today & asked for my keys. When I took too long to remove the key from the ring he said "Just give me your keys I am not going to steal anything." The women in the office was a delight as she did other tasks that facilitated the completion of the appointment including calling for the rental car. I would like to give her a 5 rating. .
I came in for a recall issued by Ford and the service was great. The guys at the Service department were awesome accommodating me for an appointment and taking care of my car in no time.
** BUYERS BEWARE!!!** If I were you, I would NOT go here!! We bought a 2012 Ford edge from here. The day after we brought the vehicle home, it started making a weird noise. We called Maguire's about it and was told to call back if it got worse. Problem after problem with this vehicle and they don't want to hear it! Finally had it taken in to be looked at and there was no rental offered. They had our vehicle for 7 HOURS!! What they did with it, I would love to know! They say it's not covered under the warranty. They had to know the vehicle had issues prior to us buying. That's why they were so persistent for us to buy it and sign papers. Before the papers were signed, they were so nice and helpful but as soon as that title was signed, they were short with us, hard to get ahold of and not so friendly. Just trying to save the next person the hassle. We will take this as a lesson learned and never go back to buy another vehicle from again!!
Everyone at Maguire's Ford in Hershey was great to work with especially David who was patient and informative. Thank you for making our car buying experience a good one!
Repaired car . The service department repaired my Sons car that was in an accident. It looks fantastic would never know. Very impressed with the outstanding service
