This place is HORRIBLE! The first day we found a frog in the living room, the bed sheets were not washed and the bathrooms were not cleaned. It smelled pure urine! I had to call the front desk twice and they told us someone was going to clean the bathrooms the next day. No one came to clean it. The third day we found a snake in the living room. The manager and the assistant manager were not helpful. Very bad service !!! The manager is an ignorant person. She did not care. Instead of helping, she told us to cancel the reservation and find another place if we didnt want to stay here. This place is a fraud!

DO NOT RENT HERE. First off, this place is a scam. Any positive reviews here are fueled by an incentive for a 20$ visa gift card. The offer clearly states that the rating must be four or five stars and be positive enough. We booked a reservation here for a family get together and found the unit given was messy and very questionably sanitary. Multiple discolored (greenish, brownish) stains on the carpet. Bathrooms were halfway clean and couch smelled awful. After much stress, they informed us the only available unit was a house and we d be charged extra. Our only desire to switch units was motivated by the fact that we had small children who d play on the floor among the dirty floors. Management, including staff, was unprofessional, uncourteous, and not helpful. They do not care if you have an issue with the unit, apparently, they are unable to help due to policy . Keep in mind we contacted them as soon as we entered the unit. For their prices, not worth it at all. I usually only give positive ratings but this place was terrible.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Terra Verde Resort. The amenities were excellent and clean. The townhouse had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The private pool was an added bonus. We will truly book through Magical Memories again. The staff from beginning to end were professional and polite as well as helpful. Thanks Magical Memories for the opportunity to provide a safe, clean and affordable vacation rental for our family.

My family had a wonderful stay at Magical Memories Villas! The location is awesome. Everything was a quick ride away. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, & friendly. Check-in/out was easy. Our stay felt like home-away-from-home. We will definitely stay at Magical Memories Villas for our next vacation to Orlando, Florida!

Our stay was during Thanksgiving week and the home was clean and large enough for our party. We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort and home. The kids love the game room and pool. This is our second time renting with magical memories and we have had a great experience each time. We look forward to our next vacation with Magical Memories!!!

Years ago, rented a condo in Reunion resort. Very nice.

This is the worst place to do business with!!! We had reserved a home to stay in through them and they took $250 deposit to reserve it. We had to cancel our vacation due to COVID and we cancelled WAY IN ADVANCED!! It has been over 2 months since we cancelled and we still haven t received our money back!!! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! You don t do your customers like that!! They do not respond to emails and they don t help you when you call them!! I will never do business with them again and I will make sure that through social media I will let everyone know how they do business!!!!!!

It was horrible! There were 9 wasp nests on our porch. The outside chairs were broken. The ceiling above porch was rotted out. The BLACK MOLD in both bathrooms made my left eye swell shut. I had breathing problems because of it as well. Our granddaughter had to have breathing treatments The master closet door frame looks as though it was a chew toy. The shelves in kitchen was broken. When I called to let management know of our concerns I specifically said no one in our unit unless we are there. When we returned from our long day at Disney, our lights were on inside, the closet was opened, my purse had been moved and the master bedroom sliding glass door that looks into a wooded area was UNlocked. Me, my adult daughter, and husband all checked before we left for the day not to leave lights in our doors UNlocked, so I am positively sure someone was in our paid for unit after being asked not too. Also a huge fire hazard.. they store air filters directly on top of hot water heater. The furniture looks worse than a Goodwill find. When I checked out 5 days in advance no body even tried to make anything right. We didn't even get a sorry. We had to take a day to move and find a new place. Melia suite hotel was most helpful in getting us a suite in a crisis.

Do not rent from this company ! We rented a 8 bedroom from them in February, paid our deposit ,and was told we could wait until May to pay our full amount. They debited our card in March for the full amount stating it had to be paid in March. May comes around and they didn't contact us, we had to contact them multiple times. After we finally talked to them, a day before our reservation day, they told us that our house we paid for was unavailable. They downsized us to a 6 bedroom and we would have been fine with that despite having 12 guests. On the Day of our reservation, we go to the property and immediately our reservation is canceled. They claim the neighbors counted 22 people but we only had 12. That experience was very degrading due to our family being of color. The owner and Manager obviously had a problem with our ethnicity. They didn't give us conversation they only claimed to call the cops if we didn't get out because based on what a "neighbor" said we had to leave. We had family in town and we was left with no option but to pay 1000 dollars in hotel rooms for everyone. Now that we are trying to contact these people for our refund, the manager has been on an emergency call all day long. This has been a very horrible and degrading experience. My daughter who's birthday we were celebrating was extremely disheartened by the way we have been treated. Do yourselves a favor if you plan on using this company ....Don't please Don't. Find another business that actually appreciates their customers and doesn't openly discriminate against a paying customer.
