It was a great nostalgia trip. This place is definitely geared more towards kids, but even as an adult I enjoyed it. I hadn't been in over a decade but it all still was great.

The food is solid. The servers and atmosphere are great.

This place was absolutely wonderful! If your going for a fancy restaurant with elaborate costumes and perfection, you should go to Disney! However, if you want a night out of fun with your family, have a great sense of humor and live for fun times, this is the place for you. The food isn t the best but it s the experience you pay for!! Our kids loved it and it was a wonderful night out!! It s usually a 1 hour wait but they text you so you can leave and do other things while waiting! Highly recommend! Ballon artist was wonderful and Ariel was hilarious!

Our family was in Dallas, for 36 hours. We planned to go to Medieval Times for dinner, but by the time we got around to buying tickets they were sold out. On a whim, I found the Magical Time Machine..... we were expecting it to be a fun experience, but nothing spectacular. We also didn t have high hopes for the taste and quality of the food. Boy, did y all blow us away. The food was PHENOMENAL. The atmosphere and entertainment were so wonderful. We had a magician perform at our table for about ten minutes, we had a balloon artist (who used led lights inside his creations, super cool) we had encountered with numerous themed characters and we got a really funny magical family photo that we all belly laughed over. This was a wonderful experience we won t forget. I recommend potion drinks for the kids!

I have cancer, and to protect my immune system it is very rare that we get to go out to eat. So, our dinner at Magic Time Machine will be one of the few restraints we go to in the next six months. Thank you for helping make it a wonderful evening where we created a lot of wonderful new memories.

We have zero complaints, concerns or ways we would recommend for improvement.

In town from Kansas City with family and was looking for a kid friendly and great restaurant. Was an awesome experience and the waiter Deadpool was hilarious and really kept us entertained. Kids loved the look and the characters. Food and service was good and in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to others if they are looking for a good time while they have a good meal.

I came here as a child, we only came once but I still remember some of the visit and it being a fun experience. Finally was able to share the experience with my children, who too, had a fun experience. We got Alice from Alice in wonderland but saw several other characters. We really enjoyed Deadpool, he was pretty funny. Upon entering it s literally like taking a step back in time, nothing has changed since I went years ago as a child so it was a little nostalgic. It s a little pricey to eat here, but the food is good and it s also for the experience. Would go back another time.

I would have gave 5 stars but the restaurant can really use some major upgrades. It feels somewhat dirty and old. The employees are fun but can use better costumes. The costumes look cheap and old. The employees are not well put together it looks like hire just anyone off the streets. They do have entertainment which I enjoyed best just wish the magician would be there all the time he is the best! The balloons are fun as well. Food was great!!

Let me start by saying that our waiter, Jack Sparrow, was the best part of the night and that is why this review is 3 stars instead of 2. We got there at 415 and still had a 1.5 hr wait. My husband went in to get our name on the list and when he came out said "it smells like an old dirty couch in there". It did and the whole place is just dingy. You would think that as busy as they are they would take some pride in the place and keep it clean and updated. The food was mediocre at best. DO NOT ORDER THE POPCORN SHRIMP. The loaf of bread they brought out had a funny taste to it so no one ate anymore of it. All of the food lacked seasoning. The balloon guy was great but you can tell the waitstaff is overworked. The Riddler, who brought out our food, was just over it and was no fun at all. Kids love the place(I loved it when I was a kid) but you can get better food and have more fun other places. Also, I have been in cleaner truck stop bathrooms. Proceed with caution.

As always, our trip was very enjoyable for the family. Food was as ordered, Nacho was Libre once again making our second daughter's birthday just as fun as the other birthday he had us for. It was very busy, and the wait was at two hours, so factor that in if coming on a weekend where there are no reservations.
