We have had multiple issues regarding our property and have reached out multiple times to the landlord for assistance in maintaining and repairing our current home. Such as plumbing, electrical and termites causing wood damage. Bad heater all winter that didnt work as well. This has been a issue for 6 months going on to no avail. Your better off going out of pocket i suppose...Hope the ac will work this summer... they actually raised our rent by 15% after we notified them about the repairs we needed to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. We plan on moving very soon and will not recommend this renter for anyone in the near future. If i could give you guys 0 stars i would. Thanks for nothing.

As a buyer interested in a property listed by a Magic Real Estate agent, I am shocked by the lack of response from the listing agent. I have tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of the listing agent. I was told she would call me back on multiple occasions and never heard back. Sent multiple emails and texts and never heard back. Set an appointment to talk and never called or messaged. I would reconsider listing my property with a place that wasn't on top of every inquiry for my property.

Sold my property. Took some time but they did the job. Well done and thank you for working with me on selling my place.
