It's clear a lot of effort went into the models. The 5 min movie at the beginning is a great intro to the park. I never knew the background so had a new appreciation for it.
We spent about 2 hours there before kids got bored. (aged 4 to 15) Even after the playing with the water/engineering thingys. There is also a playground but it was soaked from the rain...so probably would have stayed longer. Cafe is expensive, eat beforehand or bring your own. Some displays come to life a little for about 10cent.
Nice morning or afternoon out.

All the representations to scale are incredible! It is a place for both children and adults .. Since we can admire the details of each place .. Personally .. I think you need information in other languages, such as Spanish haha, since it is a place where people from everyone and there is only Dutch and English, but in general very good place!

Beautifully made. I already came here as a small child and now take my child here. The on-site catering industry offers good opportunities for drinks. It is worth visiting and getting to know the Netherlands in a fun way.

Very nice to go with the kids.
Especially now that they have things to do for the kids.
But you can also enjoy yourself as an adult

Vonk18 was very worthwhile. Nice to see the park once in the dark. Everything was beautifully lit, snacks and drinks well cared for. Coins could be paid with PIN. Interest was great, so do not expect that you can view everything very quietly, for that you better come once during the day at 09:00.

The price does not match the expectation at all, nothing interesting. However, if you have children, up to 5-7 years old and you need to kill time with them, then this is a good, but not a solution.

Wonderful Park ... you go back to your childhood and the little ones enjoy it to the fullest. It is Amsterdam in miniature. A visit highly recommended. I recommend buying tickets online you save money. To visit it you can allocate about 3 hours and it is enough. There are restaurant areas and a complete playground ... the spectacular rest area. A wonderful place

A nice place to go with the family on a sunny day. This is not a place to go when it rains, because nothing is covered. This place can easily be combined with half a day of scheveningen sitting on the beach. It was a pity that the water was a bit too low, so the boats flew and an attribute did not work. However, I had a lot of fun.

Madurodam is an interactive park that includes small-scale replicas of representative buildings in the Netherlands (palaces, churches, windmills, roads, railways, canals, Schipol airport, etc.). Many of the miniature trains, ships, trams, cars and trucks here are on the move.

Loved the miniatures. They have been done with precision and nicely organised. They also have a children s play area, which makes it easier to have something for kids to do. The shop is good with decent collection of souvenirs. There is also a restaurant with good food other than the carts serving pancakes, stroop waffles and cotton candy.

Fun place for kids and adults alike. If you want to make a plan on what to see in the Netherlands, come here and just list the nices buildings in the park.
The park itself offers a full day of fun for the family. It's open air, so don't come if it's raining. (Which we did.)

A beautiful attraction in the city of Hague, Netherlands. Madurodam is a must visit place. The miniature buildings and structures are awesome. You can pretend to be giant ;). The place attracts all age group tourists. Carry your own food as it has many sitting areas and spot for a good family picnic. It has swings and ship for kids to play pirate. Accessible through public transportation like bus and metro.

Really nice place with miniatures of most of the significant place in the Netherlands and simulation rooms that you can learn about Dutch culture and history. You can also relax and enjoy snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend to go if you visit the Hague. The tickets are around 15 euro and for my opinion the place was worth it.
