Avoid this place at all costs. The atmosphere here is utterly horrible. If you want to work somewhere where you get treated like you are nothing and have no value whatsoever apply here. The management reminds me of the movie horrible bosses. Everyone running around gossiping and starting drama and more worried about what your doing than focusing on your own job. Dont even get me started on the prison workers and the junkies that work there. Fast track to nowhere working at this dump!!...

Would give them zero stars if possible. Have been openly polluting water in Madison for decades with knowledge including actual city and state intervention as well. It is still an issue that seems like Kipp Corp does the bare minimum every time just to keep city and state officials from really enforcing a penalty that would make them take responsibility for their serious crimes. Poisoning drinking water should not be taken this lightly by the city or state, but most of all it should be of the up most importantance to the company itself. Obviously moral reasons would be enough for nearly everyone, but at the very least you would think community relationships and sustainability would be a key component to anyone's business plan. The leaders of this company should feel ashamed and real guilt with how many people have been affected negatively by their negelient, dishonest, and lazy actions. I really hope one of them reads this and reaches out to me to explain their side. Until than.... U Kipp

Polluting cities water and hardly anything is being done about it. The majority of the public is unaware of the situation and it's being swept under the rug instead of being addressed properly. It's also located in-between the lakes where it could potentially contaminate them and cause major issues.
