MADE kitchen and cocktails Review

Made gets 5 stars in all categories. Food is great. We had Serrano ham and Montego cheese to start. Then shared lobster empanadas and spare ribs. The Manhattans were incredible. The bartender even makes his own bitters. Decor is also really nice.

Great place to slow down and stay a bit, while eating fabulous food.

Good ambience and food taste. Good choice of cocktails. People may find it a bit upscale but it deserves credit because it s Homemade and handmade. Portion may seem less for the price but it s rich and tasty.

Wonderful experience, ambiance was amazing, loved sitting in the covered patio area with heaters to warm us in the chilly fall air. Wait staff extremely helpful and friendly and the food was incredible. Brussels sprouts to die for!!. Will definitely be back.

Server Rachel was awesome. Intuitive, knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Decor is fabulous, color scheme perfect. Paella Mixta for 2 was great! The tapas, ordered 3, Made skewers, Artichokes, and seared scallops. Seriously? $8 a scallop? There were 2. 2 skewers, tiny, yakitory style. Artichokes, fair. Otherwise 5 stars. Sangria was great.

I wish I could recommend this place, but they are better meals available within walking distance. Underwhelming is my one word review.

We really enjoyed our experience on my date night with the wife. We were there early and the service was great.
We each had a couple signature cocktails that were slow to arrive but delicious.
The tapas we had were also all great. The octopus and mussels stick out in my mind. A lot of flavor comes out of that small kitchen!
I will say it is expensive for the QUANTITY of food you get. It is a tapas place though. Go if you want to try some new and delicious things. If you're starving, it may not be for you.

Awesome. Great atmosphere. Excellent cocktails. Food is fantastic. Service was outstanding with one exception. The greeting from the hostess was not as welcoming as it could have been.

The selection of delicious dishes and cocktails is amazing. The staff was very friendly with us and the service they provided was quick and professional. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the prices reasonable.

Wide range of taps style plates. Mussels were a hit for us. It's a good date night place. Parking can be a pain but worth the headache. The patio was enclosed but cold but a few drinks in and didn't notice the weather

I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserves it. All the food we ordered was on point in regards to flavor and Service was fantastic too!

Came for the first time Friday after work for girls night happy hour. Everything I had was perfectly seasoned and honestly exceeded my expectations. The octopus was definitely my favorite! The goat cheese stuffed piquillo peppers were perfect, loaded with goat cheese! Our waitress told us about the specials, and mentioned the prices as well, which we ABSOLUTELY appreciated. My girlfriend and I sat outside on one of the half booth half tables. The only thing I didn t care for was that our table was about 5 feet from a sewage grate in the patio. There wasn t a consistent smell, but we would get a whiff of it every once in a while. I ll definitely come back, but make sure I don t sit at the same table again! Overall great experience, wonderful staff!

I went there a few months ago. Decor is pretty nice but like most tapas restaurants the tables are small and too close to each other. Our server was Thiago, he took a great care of us. The food was ok. If I go back I ll go for their wine and drink selection. The food isn t what takes me back.

Atmosphere is delightful, food is tasty, and service was perfect! Alicia is a great waitress with great recommendations!

Enjoy going to this restaurant as it is always a wonderful experience! The staff is always so warm and welcoming; the food is fresh with so many delicious options. We were celebrating birthdays and a couple of my friends who had never been fell in love with the architecture first, then the food! It's cozy, lively and always a great choice for a night out!

Went last night for the first time! Food and drinks were amazing, only complaint is I felt our waiter was rushing us. He would constantly come up to the table right as we sat down asking for our drink order. Due to scanning the online menus now, we told him we would need a minute to look it over. Came right back over in less than a minute to ask if we were ready. Once the drinks were sat on the table he asked if we were ready to order and we said we wanted to enjoy our beverages for a little before we order food. This continued throughout the night even while ordering dinner. My point is, please don't rush the customers. I wanted to enjoy the ambiance and take the atmosphere in.

One of the best kept secrets in Alpharetta......right down the street from its more famous sister restaurant, Pure Taqueria (both are part of the Sedgwick restaurant group). The place practically runs itself through a group of regular managers/bartenders. Led by the irrepressible Christian Zak and smooth talking Will Smith look-alike, Harrison Russell, behind the bar which is small but cozy. Brothers Charlie and Greg hold down the managerial and serving end along with siblings Rachel and Shaun. The food is cooked up by Chef Erick who consistently puts out excellent Spanish themed tapas, along with prime steaks and pork chops. Made attracts a high-end, eclectic crowd of locals and folks visiting the Alpharetta area. Go......you won t be disappointed......bon appetit

Wow! Amazing place. Can t recommend this place highly enough. We got seated right away and within about 2 minutes we had our first tapas. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service from the entire staff was so good!

This place is absolutely amazing. I'm visiting my daughter and son in law and he picked this place as a first for us and we are more than surprised this little hidden jewel is fantastic. The food is superb. Christian the bartender, whom was our server as well, gave exceptional service. We will definitely be back I hope you will give Made a try and enjoy the experience.

The reason for 2 stars: service, selection, pricing.
Pricing: this was not a surprise, as they advertise as an upscale place. However, even for an upscale place, the value was quite low. Yes, I understand 'tapas' and the small plate trend in dining these days. In my opinion, still not very much value.
Selection: for a business that has COCKTAILS in their name, their bar was lacking. Most bars these days have at least one brand of vodka for which an array of flavors is available. This bar did not have peach vodka, nor did they have peach schnapps. I understand that not all bars have all cordials, but peach schnapps (either Pucker or Peachtree) is quite popular in the greater Atlanta area.
Service: Extremely poor. We waited almost an hour AFTER placing our order before our food arrived, and then only after we had alerted our server about the wait time (in a polite manner). When it arrived, only 1/2 of the order came out. The manager apologized for the delay, and provided one of the dishes complimentary. This was a very nice gesture, and it was much appreciated. But the first impression had already occurred.

I doubt that I shall return to this restaurant for a meal.

The Manager and staff did an amazing job for our first experience at Made. Great cocktails, the tapas, Oysters Rockafellar, Chicharones and grilled artichokes were great. The entree the Mixta Paella was a real showstopper. Great job.

Fantastic food, awesome interior and fabulous service. Harrison was both our bartender and waiter and he did an awesome job. Perfect recommendations for us, couldn t have asked for more. No pictures because the food was too good to wait!

Great food - love the tapas menu. Cool and fun craft cocktail menu. Cool aesthetics - the heavy timber beams and the materials make for a warm, cozy and relaxed environment. Only off note was our server. She seemed to do everything very suddenly and abruptly and her demeanor was slightly off - wasn't friendly. She kept dropping things, and then at the end left us stranded for 20 minutes without a check while she was doing her side work. But, overall we had a great meal and a good experience. We will be back for sure!

Cool place! Very good food but small portions (that's tapas). The charcuterie and cheese was really good and the crab cake was awesome. We sat outside on the covered patio and even though the temp was in the low 40's their overhead heaters kept us toasty. I would definitely recommend this place for a culinary treat.

Unique place. The staff is really helpful with food preferences. The seating is casual. Their menu is pretty unique too... We had a great time here..

The presentation is awesome, but the food is bland and needs to be seasoned better.

Really good food and attentive staff. Don't go here for the beer, because the draft selection is very limited. (Basically, one choice.) The bill could be quite large if you have a group, because the tapas are wonderful and you're gonna want to taste everything.

The decor and seating at this place make it cool enough. Then you add cocktails and splendid foot. Very nice.

They do have some entres for you big eaters, but this place was MADE for a few cocktails and tapas. A few nights ago we showed up at 9 for just that and it was perfect. Also the service is a+, although the proprietor (most often found tending bar) is quite the talker.

Good selection of tapas choices. Their meatballs were awesome. The beef cheeks were super tender. I was there with a group of about 12 people and we just asked our waiter to "bring us the favorites on the menu and keep it coming until we say stop". That was the right way to do it and highly recommend it if you have a lot of mouths to feed!

While I personally don't drink alcohol, lots of others at our table did, and everyone really liked the cocktails.

Overall we had a good experience and they handled our large challenging group with ease!

Very good, not great. I asked me wife if she would want a return visit with so many other dining options in the area and she said, only if someone else was paying for it. I concur. There is nothing really wrong with it. It just doesn't stand out.

I so wish I could give them a hundred Stars. Everything is top-notch service employees especially that crazy bartender Christian. Don't let me get started on the food unbelievable. And the porkchop I can't say enough about the pork chops. Don't forget to try the meatballs

It was really good food. Very mordern decoration. People are nice too. Google timing is wrong. they actually close at 10PM, however gooogle time says 11PM. Outdoor seating is nice n cozy.

Subpar for this restaurant. Bad service, lots of confusion regarding our orders and a manager that didn't seem to give a hoot. Very odd. We have been here 6-8 times before and the food is always good, and the service is average to great. Last night, the food was not cooked to order, my buddies kale salad was not good, food delivery was haphazard (almost all of the tapas dishes were delivered 15 minutes before my entree). If this was my first experience, I would not go back. Considering that our meals always exceed $100, I may not go back anyway. Lots of good choices in Alpharetta.

Paella took a while to come out. There wasn't a whole lot to be excited about. The ambience was spot on!

The event here tonight was light and fun. The restaurant hosts were very friendly. They brought the food out and told everyone what ut was. They actually helped the guests have fun.
Very down to earth.
The food was gourmet and very tasty. Eceryone talked about how delicious it was. Especially the roasted chicken, meatballs, and crispy calamari.
There were 25 people at the event. There was plenty enough space for everyone. We were on the heated outside terrace. I wore a jacket, didn't need a coat.

The food was amazing, and the service was exemplary.

This was our 1st time at this restaurant, it was amazing, customer service was awesome. Rachael our server was great in helping us with the menu and and recommending what to get as we daughter doesn't eat pork or beef.. Will definitely come back again.
