The reason for 2 stars: service, selection, pricing.
Pricing: this was not a surprise, as they advertise as an upscale place. However, even for an upscale place, the value was quite low. Yes, I understand 'tapas' and the small plate trend in dining these days. In my opinion, still not very much value.
Selection: for a business that has COCKTAILS in their name, their bar was lacking. Most bars these days have at least one brand of vodka for which an array of flavors is available. This bar did not have peach vodka, nor did they have peach schnapps. I understand that not all bars have all cordials, but peach schnapps (either Pucker or Peachtree) is quite popular in the greater Atlanta area.
Service: Extremely poor. We waited almost an hour AFTER placing our order before our food arrived, and then only after we had alerted our server about the wait time (in a polite manner). When it arrived, only 1/2 of the order came out. The manager apologized for the delay, and provided one of the dishes complimentary. This was a very nice gesture, and it was much appreciated. But the first impression had already occurred.

I doubt that I shall return to this restaurant for a meal.
