Placed an order for dumbbells on 6th August with the website stating they'd be back in stock on 12th August. They still haven't arrived and had recieved no update email so I contacted Mad HQ and they inform me they won't be in stock until 8th October!!

Given they charged my card on 6th August, I find that length of delay unacceptable. I also find it unacceptable that they missold to me as I only purchased from them based on the stated 12th August in stock date.

Checking the 5kg dumbbells today, and their website states in stock from 28th August which is clearly a lie to keep us buying.

I've requested a refund. Will update if it's not forthcoming.

My order came quicker than expected, a definite bonus considering the effect covid is having on many deliveries. Package was exactly the right size for my order (no giant box with lots of wasted space) and they'd reused an old box, which I fully approve of. Two thumbs up!
