I had the pleasure of working with Andrew U. at Evolution on a contract position and found him very engaging, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. It is a rare occurrence to work with a recruiter who genuinely wants to build a long term relationship with the candidates rather than targeting one off placements to win commission. Although I've had little experience with recruitment agencies, I'd be more than happy if I was provided with this standard of service throughout my career.
Had an interview here in December, it was clear the recruitment manager didn't want to do it by asking awkward questions that couldn't be answered. It wasn't competency based, it was barely experience related, it wasn't a conversation, it was a pitch of you I don't want you getting this job and I'm going to make sure you don't get it. Since my interview here I went on and applied for 3 similar roles got offered all three and am now account managing.
