I was born at this Hospital so i pretty much know this hospital. Born and raised in Berwyn.

first time chatting with my Mom. I had an incredible encounter chatting with a staff part name Warren I accept he/she is from enlistment. Incredible demeanor, love the way that warren Acknowledge us and made my mother giggle when she was having a terrible day. I nearly overflowed with emotion seeing my mother chuckle since she hasn't snicker in seemingly forever. Positive People like warren have the right to work in a medical clinic setting that has a decent heart. Wish the stand by time wasn't so long yet it merited the stand by conversing with warren. Incredible visit!

If I can give McNeal no stars I would but google forces you to put that one star. Anyways what can I say McNeal to sum it up ghetto! I always went to Loyola and at least you get your own room and take they care of your needs but McNeal having no choice to go here because it was close by ..and being a diabetic and haven t eaten all day when I registered at 7am and now its going to be evening! I havent eaten all day they dont care they didn t even care when I took off my wires and that loud sound reacted they can careless about there patients just see them as animal at a kennel waiting to be called. So if you want to fast all day with out eating and be treated like a number then a person well come on down to McNeal Hosptial where they pretty much petco!

I came all the way from the north side of Chicago, to get my second Covid vaccine here today. The staff was first class. From the moment I arrived I was impressed with how the nurses and receptionists treated the visitors.

My nurse helped me to feel at ease. They were as cool as a cucumber. If I ever need to get another vaccine in my life- I ll go here again. Two thumbs up for Loyola!

I absolutely enjoyed my time at this hospital!! Caring nurses and doctors were the best! I wish I could hit the lottery and give them all some money for the way I was treated. The pandemic was awful and still is to an extent, but the staff.... I mean ALL of the staff, were caring and handled our frustrations, tears, and anxieties. I'm not in a rush to get sick and go back, but definitely a go for my medical needs if necessary. Thank you team!!

Wish the wait time wasn t so long but it was worth the wait talking with warren. Great visit!

I was there for a surgery 2 weeks ago and had a very good experience. Nurses and doctors were great, made me feel cared for. Everything went well and I was discharged quickly. Next day I got a phone call from the hospital inquiring how I feel, and later I got a postcard wishing quick recovery.

Don't bother. You would be better off having a bum treat you. Also don't plan on seeing doctors. I only had nurses check me out. I guess cyclic vomiting syndrome isn't worth the doctor to check me out. Thank God I wasn't POC because they treat them way worse. Also don't plan on anyone listening to you.

Not sure if it s just me but some of them here are rude and when I tell you the doctor talked so loud when I was telling her personal info she repeated it so loud I know the whole hospital heard it... that made me feel very uncomfortable ..

Apparently my 2 year old having rsv isn't as important as other people going in because every person that went in was taken in right away except my 2 year old daughter I asked how much longer it would be and they said a min ma'am I waited I asked her why is it that my daughter hasn't been taken in that is unfair others go in first while my daughter is crying and having a hard time breathing in the waiting. I didn't wait I left I'm on my way to Rush!!
