first time visiting with my Mom. I had a great experience talking with a staff member name Warren I believe he/she is from registration. Great attitude, love the fact that warren Acknowledge us and made my mom laugh when she was having a bad day. I almost cried tears of joy seeing my mom laugh because she hasn t laugh in a very long time. Positive People like warren deserve to work in a hospital setting that has a good heart. Wish the wait time wasn t so long but it was worth the wait talking with warren. Great visit!
