Macky Auditorium Review

This historic venue is beautiful and well worth visiting. Concerts here are high caliber. You won't be disappointed.

Got to see a show and loved it. Small cozy place and good hospitality. Will visit again!

Any classical or jazz concert here will sound great.

They don't make places like this anymore.
Must see place for music at least once.

Biggest setback for this venue: parking. Otherwise, family Christmas concert was quite impressive. It's obviously an annual tradition for many local families.

Beautiful Amazing Historic Architecture built-in 1909. Our High School Graduation Ceremony used Macky Auditorium for their venue. High Ceilings, Balcony with Giant Windows and Gargoyles outside, was atmospheric to any important event.

Sound and Experience is wonderful (even at the top seats), but they don't offer a coat check which would be nice because our shoulders were cramped. We will be going back, the Philharmonic Orchestra was wonderful in this space.

Beautiful auditorium and an excellent place to see performances. I've enjoyed classical music and opera here as part of the amazing CU presents series. I also received my MBA degree here back in 2007.

Attended the CU Holiday Festival for the third year in a row. Wonderful venue for this performance with great acoustics, decorations and light show.

Once inside it's beautiful, but there was no obvious ramp for wheelchairs or strollers to get up into the building. There was plenty of handicap parking nearby, though.

Beautiful concert hall. Tight seating that are not designed for good leg room or larger bodies.

Auditorium is beautiful, get ready to walk very little parking.

One of the most uncomfortable venues I have ever experienced. The seats are so close together that if you are more than 5ft tall, then it will be torture. The manager should be ashamed.

Concert hall was nice but of course it's Boulder and at the school so finding a place to park was a nightmare.... Hate Boulder.

Beautiful location, great concert. One problem though, and that is parking. The venue is on campus. If you need to park, budget a good half hour for finding a spot, then walking. Plan for at least a 10 min walk.

Beautiful old campus auditorium but the seats are very tight, small and uncomfortable.

Great venue for all ages! This place is beautiful inside and out. All staff members we encountered were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place! The campus was also fun to explore.

Fantastic sound, good view from any seat, although the seating is a little tight, especially if you're tall.

Im giving it a 5 stars cause it was gorgeous inside, I performed here and the place was stunning. I performed at the 5 star Broadmore but their stage doesnt compare to this by a long shot.

Really pretty inside. Has nice projection of sound.

Nice pleasant pub, attentive staff, good salads, fish & chips, cauliflower schwarma was different and the pork chili was awesome with good heat!
