I shopped online for a vehicle which can be a risky venture. I had help from Kevin picking a great used vehicle. He walked me through the process and made it easy. It was delivered to my door in PEI. I had a follow up text after a couple of weeks checking in on how the vehicle is working out. I won t hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

As always, Mike was efficient, pleasant and promised to have my car in and out in the specified time. Every time I go into the MacDonald dealership, the service is good, especially when Mike is working. Rosie at the payment counter was pleasant, and always there for a quick chat. Checked out the show room while waiting for my vehicle, and had a chat with Janice and Jennifer. So nice to go into a place where the staff is always pleasant, nice and knowledgeable. Masks are a must when you enter the building, nice to see that the signs are visible for everyone to see. Thanks again for the great service Mike, see you again in May for service again.

After unfortunately having a deer run into the front of my car, my insurance company gave me a couple of options for where to get the body work needed done. After choosing Macdonalds, I couldn t be more happy with the outcome! Their collusion department team are excellent to deal with. They re all very friendly, welcoming, professional, and informative. My car looks brand new, as well! They got all the work done very quickly, in only a few days. Highly recommend!!

Just WOW. I am not from Moncton, and had taken a trip to pick up a purchase. After hearing squeaking and some vibration from my rear end of our new truck, I did not want to drive 2 hours back home to Fredericton with my 2 small children - with the possibility of something going wrong. The wonderful staff were SO unbelievably kind - they took us in, checked everything out and helped us on our way, even completed a recall for us, AND gave me instructions to get back to the highway. I am so grateful for your compassion and willingness to help. I was so nervous we may not be seen as it's not my dealership.
