Actually bought this warranty when i purchased my new vehicle. A year and a half later i got some scuffs on my rims and rock chips on my windshield. Global warranty helped cover the cost of the fix. Everything was done through email and was very smooth. Great warranty to have.

I used my Global Warranty for the first time this last month. I was worried, as I had never used this service before for a repair. I phoned for more information and the representative was very helpful and provided me with good information. The process ended up being super simple and I was even able to get the repair done at a local dealership I trust. I was very happy with my experience with Global Warranty and the services they provide.
I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a Porsche dealership, who suggested I purchase a Global Warranty (which I definitely was already contemplating as the vehicle's manufacturer's warranty was just up). Within the first month of ownership my traction control (failure) light and ABS light illuminated on the dash, and a message came up telling me to service my all wheel drive system. I was pretty upset bringing my new SUV in for service already, but it turns out I was fortunate for 2 things: 1) The cause of the system failure was minor. A tire speed sensor had failed and required replacement, and 2) the cost of replacing the sensor was covered (minus the $150 deductible) by Global Warranty, who dealt with the dealership's service department directly and immediately covered the difference. If my purchased warranty coverage works like this for the duration of my 5 year coverage, I'll be very satisfied.
Do not buy this. Worse service I ever had. They gave me instructions to tow my car, etc at the end even if my warranty said it covers towing... they said NO. Many different people dealing with you and at the end all those expenses for nothing. Be careful. Lucky them they got 1 star. Totally fraud.
My vehicle was in recently for routine service as well as to fix some minor things (air filters, new wiper blade). The check engine light had come on a few days earlier and I had that looked into as well.
The garage identified the issue and we ran it through Global to see if it was covered. Long story short, paying the deductible was far less than paying out of pocket for the part and labour. The payment process was seamless as all I paid was deductible.
This was the second time I submitted a claim and both times it was a very easy process.
I have been very happy dealing with Global Warranty. They quickly pick up the phone and answer questions about policy coverage. I would definitely purchase a Global Warranty for my next used car purchase.
I want to thank the Global Warranty for being so easy to deal with. I didn't understand my terms the dealership told me about and was really confused... I was really frustrated thinking what a fool I must have been, maybe some people leaving poor comments are in the same boat and can do with a re-read of their coverages too. After reaching out to their client service department I was told the value of keeping the warranty and which parts are ok going forward. They cover more than a manufacturer warranty and take care of you soon as a diagnosis comes in! I'm just really happy over this, thanks Global, thanks Tess & Leo!
I was very skeptical when buying a used car and the dealer World Fine Cars in Toronto suggested an aftermarket warranty. I had a bad experience many years ago with an aftermarket warranty that did not cover many things. The dealer told me that they only work with Global and they have good experience so I took the warranty. Now I had a minor issue with a sensor and it was covered, all very smooth and painless, I am now feeling like I made the right decision. Thanks to both World Fine Cars and Global I am happy to share my good experience.
Buying a warranty through Global Warranty was a piece of mind in my used car purchase. They responded quickly to my concern dealt with the dealer in a professional manner and we came to a quick automotive repair and settlement with their help. I recommend Global Warranty 100 per cent nice people great manager don't buy a used car with out their protection.
I'm ALL about writing thorough and detailed reviews. When I have a good experience with ANY company, I am quick to rush to my PC and get on the keys :) Having recently purchased a 2016 Range Rover and opting for the Global Warranty option, I thought I would have a quick look at some of the reviews should I need to make a claim. The very first thing I noticed is that the "owner" is quick to respond to what seems like EVERY review! THAT...that is important. When someone takes the time to write and contribute, it's always nice to know that someone is actually taking the time to read said contribution; it works both ways.
