I have worked for Macawber for nearly 6 years,its a good company to work with.Here you will find employees working since ages as the work environment is very supportive and the owners of company take keen interest in functionalities of all departments.The company has helped me in my professional aswell as personal growth.

This companies HODs ruined carrier of subordinate and management taking no responsibility in this case. Some HOD taking decision like GOD, availing all previledged.
One of the worst company i have ever worked in my career:
1. Company management doesn't have any future vision.
2. Worst HR policies implemented.
3. Recently fired more then 100 employees.
4. Employees cannot go out of office premises during working hours.
5. Engineering quality is superbly poor & pathetic.
6. Salary is delayed by more than 2 months since last 1.5 years.
Over all this is the Pathetic company to work.
The best engineering company to work with and I have long association with the company.
My Experience was very bad with Macawber Beekay, my career totally ruined by this company. Totally HOD based company. If you have a good experience in Leg pulling, buttering thn you can do well with this company. Owners are very kind hearted...
Employees strength are good , good company in terms of business , good name in ash handling projects but with lot of terms and conditions if and buts . This is hod based company , hod takes all decisions . Your everything depends on your hod , few of them are good most of them are bad .employees are not happy there , they live in fear of getting fired any day ...this is the worst feeling in any company a employee can feel.... Hr is puppet of management as usual like most private companies, most pathetic person is spares head he is mentally sick & psycho.

Not a good firm to work with almost on verge of shutting down. Probably will move to a new sector. I won't advice shifting to work with them. They are just recuirting to finish their running projects. After which they will start firing.
Management is hitting wrong direction. Your in and out is checked on daily basis. If you work over time today and come late tomorrow your pay will be deducted. Management isn't doing this for enforcing discipline they are being penny wise here.
Work culture isn't great employee fighting in all department. Employee with more years in firm try to leverage it to full extent against new comer. Like being uncooperative with them and even using abusive language. Management isn't concerned about any of this. Their focus is on profit margin only
