My wife had a log book service done only two month...

My wife had a log book service done only two months ago. on August 25th 2018 I was driving the car on the m5 motorway when all of a sudden it just lost power which almost caused a terrible accident, the engine went into some kind of safety mode as the car overheated due to not having enough coolant, we took the car back to Macarthur nissan and they said nothing is wrong with the car and that it has no leaks at all and they could not find the cause to the problem...

I believe the Macarthur Nissan service team did not check the coolant level at the time of the log book service we paid for and that they are incompetent and need to take full responsibility...
