Amazing service! I was planning to come get my first car by my birthday. I met Darrel and he was amazingly attentive. Kept everything with the budget I could afford and helped me take steps to insure I got the best deal for my first car ever. Super happy and if I can I will definitely be back when I m ready to get my Jeep! Definitely would recommend Rogers Auto Group!
Lived at 5100 South Ellis Avenue. Had consistent issues with the washer, dryer and dishwasher malfunctioning. No garbage disposal in the sink, which would back up frequently. Had two leaks from the apartment above us. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night as a warning for "low battery", requiring us to call the fire department to check for a CO leak since there was no smoke or fire anywhere. While the administrative and maintenance staff are extremely polite, responsive and are a great resource for Mac Properties, the overall quality of the apartment is substandard. For the price, you can, and should, find better in Hyde Park.
Mrs Chandra Lee is fantastic! I m so glad she s on the MAC properties team. She s always pleasant, professional and has a calming demeanor about her. Whenever I have any unit concerns, she is prompt and helpful. Thank you Mrs Chandra for always being kind and understanding. You make everyday living so much easier!
Cheyenne is the BEST! She was extremely helpful when I moved in and took time to answer all of my questions. She walked me around and helped me get things set up. I could not have asked for a nicer person to be my first interaction at 5252. We miss her here
I moved in here last April and have loved it since. Great location, the beach is a short walk away and there are a lot of great restaurants and stores nearby. Close to a Trader Joe s which is always a plus. The building is maintained very well and all maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. There is no package delivery spot within this building, but the packages are delivered right across the street at the Del Prado desk. Chandra Lee at the package pickup desk at Del Prado has always been so sweet and helpful whenever I go to get my packages.
I have lived at the Del Prado for almost 3 years, and enjoy living here very much, its more like a community within a community. How they try to keep us saving during COVID-19 crisis I truly appreciate it. Special mention of Chandra, she is the central person who helps to make living at The Del Prado a wonderful experience. She goes above and beyond duty and her efforts to take care of us residents does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!
I'm living in 5252 apartments and my experience so far is being great. Starting from renting until the people that work at the reception. I highly recommend it.
Ruth has been a tremendous help in getting me settled as a new resident. She is thorough in how she follows up regarding questions or concerns I may have there was not one email or phone call left unattended. She helped me remain calm throughout the entire moving process. Upon officially moving into my unit, Ruth continued to check in with me and make sure things were satisfactory. I am very grateful to have her in Residential Services.
Darek has been so incredibly helpful my entire time with Mac. Such an awesome handyman. Thanks again, Darek!
I hate to leave a one star review, but unfortunately I have to, in this instance. Mac Properties is indifferent to theft on their property, and refuses to take any action. Their policy is "not our problem", when they have cameras that in theory are in place to prevent theft. Bike stolen, packages stolen, food deliveries stolen...Mac is apparently okay with renting to criminals, and taking no action.
Decent landlord all around, but lazy when it comes to tenant and property safety.
