It is 8:30pm. and I am so upset!! A gasket for our Triple Plus Shower stall, that I ordered on Aug.31/16 and I believe arrived Sept.7/16, is the wrong part!! Our plumber and I took down the entire chrome shower parts and I spent 3 days cleaning all the silicone off of the chrome. Then our tile guy stopped by yesterday to fix some of the wall tile near the shower base, where the leak had occurred . We let it cure overnight, as told and now my plumber has arrived to re-install the shower, only to discover that the L gasket for a triple door system, that we needed so badly, is a K ( and get this) for a double door! Not only is it the wrong part, but it also has a 2 inch tear!! I'm sick...sick...sick. How could somebody screw up such a easy order? Now, here's the best part. The bathroom has no sink, no vanity, no toilet and no tile on the floor. It all sits in the bedroom and living room waiting to be installed, after the leak was found and fixed. All we were asking for, was to be able to have a nice shower tomorrow before our afternoon doctor's appointments. You thought it...I'll say it: " We stink!! " Maax Bath Inc. are more then a disappointment. Tomorrow morning at 8am. I will be calling them with my complaint. Hoping like hell, that they rectify the problem immediately and don't give me this song and dance, that L gasket seal 48328 will take 10 shipping days. My plumber is costing me a fortune!!

Terrible customer service! Our shower door exploded causing glass to fly everywhere. Damaging the shower stall and the floor around the shower. Thank goodness no one was in the bathroom at the time. They were only willing to replace the solid door that exploded. When we refused that they only offered us $150 dollars. Then they stopped all communication with me for over a month. They finally sent us the $150 which doesn't even come close to covering the cost of the damage or replacement. I will never use their products again.

WOW!

WOW!
I bought a shower enclosure and didn't read the fine print about the actual glass panel sizes - was upset to find the panels aren't the advertised measurements - found out they are intended for the prefab shower bases and therefore made smaller then the listed size.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED they are shipping me the appropriate sized glass panel at no cost and apologized for the confusion in sizes.
It is so rare to have a great customer service experience these days - this was wonderful!!

I purchased a MAAX bathtub sliding door from a retailer (Home Depot) and after installing it, realized that the towel bar was not in the box. I contacted customer service and they were able to send me the bar the following day. Customer experience was excellent.

I recently installed a Maax whirlpool tub. The tub was in the carton and protected up until install. My Plumber filled it with water above the jets and inspected it for leaks. He also did a pressure test with no faults. Several weeks later and after jets were in use, I had water damage to my drywall below, took the tile and frame of tub apart and discovered a union connection that was only hand tightened (per the factory direction) and not tight enough. A slow leak had developed over the last several weeks.

Upon making a warranty claim, MAAX Service and Sales department has been rude and contrary. They told me it was my fault for not inspecting it better and flat out said they would not cover the claim. Apparently in the fine print, Maax is not responsible for any leaks or repairs to the tub after install. Like really.. Would one inspect a light fixture wiring connections before they install one? This is a ridiculous expectation by Maax, and is really just a way for them to absolve themselves of any customer service after purchase.

Worst customer service I've experience in a long time. Only thing holding them together are their retailers trying to make their screw ups right. I also felt like I had to go through government clearance to prove I purchased a shower kit, so they would send me a hardware kit. For a measly $1.50 in hardware. During next shower remodels, remember to avoid MAXX at all costs.

It does not make sense the original bathtub was from 1987 with no problems only reason I changed it was to up date bathroom. I have never heard or seen of a tub that cracks after 6years or ever. If you can't create a long lasting tub you shouldn't make them. I find this is very irrisponsible and selfish that you make these tubs and clients are left with a broken product. Very disappointed and I'll make sure everyone knows not to buy your product.

Truly an amazing company that stands by their products after many years of service. I had a few screws that were seized and they sent me replacements, no questions asked. The shower has held up well for 8 years and we continue to use it. For the money it has been great and the key hardware is aluminum or stainless steel. Being exposed to water caused some build up which I was able to clean with vinegar and I used marine grease to prevent them from seizing. Most companies don t carry hardware for older models. Kudos!
