Unfortunately the company acts like they are still operating in Venezuela they are unresponsive when there is a claim and disrespectful with the customers even when they are the ones doing something wrong. My best advice to everyone in the U.S will be to be very careful into what kind of business these people is operating in Since they for sure do thing illegally.
Unfortunately, the company in Miami operates as if it were in Venezuela. They do not give answers when they make a complaint and are disrespectful in dealing with customers when they must fulfill their responsibilities because something was wrong. The best advice I can give to anyone who lives in the United States is not to use this company because in addition to insurance liars they are doing something illegal
