Amazing service, love the product: just wish it was a bit less pricey.

David knocked our door offering a hardwood floor cleaning so he could earn college opportunities. He was very informative and effective in demonstrating the product. The product did appear to do a great job deep cleaning in multiple ways around the house. I was unaware that he was advertising for Kirby, that information would have been helpful from the beginning in order to set more clear expectations regarding our interests in the product. Otherwise it was a fun and informative demonstration. Knowing now the purpose of the work I am giving a 5 star rating because they effectively train their employees to get sales and David executed those efforts well. Also from what was demonstrated the product seems sound. We did not purchase one so I can't vouch for anything past its demonstration capacities. Best of luck to David!

David did a great job! He definitely showed me that the shark ain't no good at all!! David he definitely knows the machine & very professional. He was well mannered. Someone came before him & I told them no by David came with respect &definitely help me get my new Kirby!!

Ms. Jessica is very patient, humble and professional. The agents were honest about their intentions once they brought the product inside and we t the extra mile to appraise the product. The comprehensive Kirby cleaner is a worthwhile investment and I highly recommend it.

However, I suggest that going forward the agents tell customers what exactly they are selling at the get go. I thought they were selling cleaning products, not a whole vacuum cleaner. I hated that it seemed like their time was wasted as I did not buy it at the time.
The visit also took longer than expected.
Nice people though.

I think we ve come to a point in time where maybe you should switch to online marketing sales instead of door-to-door people can get fired because a lot of folks work from home and need quite distraction free areas .. i.e. doorbells ringing & Excessive loud knocking on the door causing the dog bark or babies to cry !! It s unnecessary & avoidable!! Switch your marketing strategy and If you feel the need to give demonstrations rent a space somewhere And invite customers there with an appointment !!

I wouldn't trust them because, they are not accredit by the better business burro. When i spoke with the guy he just said they sale vacum cleaners door to door.

Wonderful environment to learn and grow in. Mangers do care about your growth within the company. Mr. Mike is the best person you will ever meet. If your looking to grow mentally and physically, this is the place I would love to stay and grow from. I highly recommend working here if your a people's person. I only been in the business for a month an a half. I m having a great experience with the company. The thing I love the most is that they help you win a FREE SCHOLARSHIP for school. You can also win a variety of FREE TRIPS ACROSS THE WORLD.

Mr. David is a sharp guy & very perfessional. He have a very positive attitude and knows the machine very well... I also loved Alyssa too. She did a great job with training Mr. David.

David does a great job & he definitely knows the machine. David & Ladarious they were very professional and plus they were very well mannered. I m going to tell everybody in the area about them because they are very hard working men. Plus the cleaning blew my mind

Jessica and David did an excellent job. They were very polite from the moment they came to my front door. David was very knowledgeable of the product. He was also very professional and he wore his mask due to Covid precautions. The Demonstration of the Kirby vacuum was very good. I was amazed to see how well it cleaned compared to my regular vacuum.
