The AC was out in my store and Lane Valente had a tech onsite within a couple of hours. The technician was able to get everything up and running quickly so that we were not spending the rest of the day dealing with the heat. Great service!
The work environment is AWESOME. Never a dull moment in the past 3 years working here. My managers respect and understand personal life matters. They are willing to accommodate and help us (CSRs) out to the best of their ability. It s always a team effort with everyone in the call center.
My place of business placed a service call with Lane Valente recently and the technician that responded to the call was great. He took the time to explain what the issue was and was very professional. Everything was in working order when he was finished and his work area was left spotless.
You should avoid performing work for Lane Valente. They look for any reason to avoid paying their subcontractors. If their client hasn't paid them- they make you wait for payment even when your work is complete without complaints. They take advantage of the little guy.
I have been involved with Lane Valente Industries in several different capacities over the past 21 years. The owners genuinely care about their employees and have a knack for recognizing talent in those that wish to progress. I've learned a lot of good habits from them, including being mindful of looking at things from other people's perspectives, giving people the benefit of the doubt and helping your coworkers succeed. All of this contributes to the feeling of family and the extremely low turnover rate is testament to this. Everyone is respectful to each other and I couldn't ask for a better group of coworkers. Truly a great company!
