Ovyrten was friendly, patient and persistent which are all great qualities for someone who has to stay on the phone forever to find a solution. He did not give up and now I can print to any printer! He never gave me a bogus answer or try to play me off as stupid, he explained what he was doing along the way and now I've learned something as well. Although he is allergic to cats, that is seemingly his only negative attribute. ( : thanks again for dealing with me and fixing my problem(s)!

The people at M3 are always so helpful. Every time I call in with an issue, they are quick to fix it and are always friendly. With the recent changes in work schedules, they were phenomenal in setting up remote access allowing our staff to work from home and were always around if we had any issues. I highly recommend them!
