Great supplier, friendly and know their products very well
When researching for a 4g router home broadband replacement, I got in touch with a few different vendors. I spoke with Tom from MS Distribution who was excellent on advising what equipment to get. He was responsive to all my queries regarding the sale. When I had issues with the config of the modem, he was great at offering some advice and pointing me in the direction of a forum post that ultimately solved the issue. He had mentioned that if I was unable to resolve myself using the post, to call them and one of their techs would assist. Absolute 5 star service, couldn't recommend highly enough. Even as a home user buying in small volume, treated with respect and felt valued. I'll be returning when I need more equipment over the coming weeks. Thanks again, you've gained a customer for life!
I recently called MS Distribution regarding a query about a mesh WiFi system for my house. I spoke to Dave who assisted me extremely well. Dave was not trying to do a hard sell but more interested in the long term gain for his company and asked me about my needs and issues with my current broadband system. After expelling the issues I had he said I think i know your problem and you probably don't need to go as far as investing in a mesh WiFi system. Although this may be better in the long term, Dave took me through the steps to switch my router WiFi off which was interfering with by TP link WiFi extender plugs. This immediately boosted my WiFi completely. Thank you Dave for sorting my issues out, I will certainly use MS Distribution again as I know they will be giving unbiased advise on the best product solutions for my needs. David Anderson (Reading)
