When having difficulty paying rent through their site, due to internet difficulties I stated that I would drop off a cashiers check. I was told that they would not accept any other method of payment and I must pay via the site. However my lease agreement states they take several other methods of payment.
M&M also via text states that they refuse to get involved with a neighbor whom can't seem to find their way off my property. This neighbor has domestic arguments at all hours, dogs deficating in my yard, and rang my doorbell and physically threatened me. However the covenant of quiet enjoyment does not apply to M&M
