We refinanced our home in August 2016. I have to say that without Kirk at M&M Mortgage we wouldn't have gotten through it. Kirk went above and beyond to get us the best rate and lowest payment he could. He guided us through each step and was always available to answer any of our questions. At one point when I had some issues Kirk got a team of people to help me. We had it figured out in short order. I highly recommend Kirk and his team at M&M for your refinance and/or new home mortgages. Also, everything was completed from the comfort of our home, it was great.

We just completed a refinance with M&M Mortgage. Our experience was excellent. Brook Manore was our broker. He was so polite and patient with us. We had multiple questions and sent lots of emails. Despite him reassuring us on multiple occasions that the loan would be completed, we still had doubts based on some past experience. If you are looking for a VA home loan/refinance, and think you can t qualify for whatever reason, please give these guys a chance to make this happen for you. There were some frustrations along the way with having to resend documents multiple times, and sometimes feeling like the processor struggled to keep everything organized. But that is truly just part of the process ( this is mentioned on multiple broker or realtor blogs). So just try to be patient with the process and trust them that if they say they will get it done, they will get it done. Our lender was a bit challenging for the broker to work with as well, so I couldn t blame M&M for the lender sometimes being slow to respond or to request new information, or even completely change a condition even after you have already met all conditions. Please allow me again to recommend Brook. He was SO helpful and kind. Way to go, guys!!

Challenging communication at best. Very long winded phone calls. Please give me the details and let me get on with my day! Tried to get an extra $500 out of me on the last day. Won t be using them again.

Not only did M & M offer the best interest rates, they had exceptional service. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Kirk. His service was outstanding. As a loan officer he was knowledgeable, patient and repeatedly went the extra mile to make the process as easy on me as could be. I would definitely work with Kirk and M & M again. Whatever your loan needs are ... I am confident he will serve your needs in the most financially advantageous way and make the process as painless as possible. This is the second time I've gone through M&M and my broker, Lance Larson, was very responsive and communicated with me pretty much every day from beginning to end of my refi. (Which only took a total of about two weeks!)

I subcontract for this company and they are one of the better ones in the industry. Anybody who says their home was "broken into" doesn't know the law related to unpaid mortgages apparently. Great company.

SCAM!!!! Was at my aunt's house for a week they declared my house abandoned. Turned my water and electric off. They broke in!!!! Changed my locks. All of it completely illegal.stay away from them. Have the police and a lawyer involved. Please use any other company.

I am very disappointed with the way this company conducts business I was hired back in February of last year to service a couple of their properties in Hawaii and right off the bat I had a bad feeling as they asked me to sign a lien release before they paid me for our services I signed in good faith it has been over half a year they still haven t paid me I call but no answer LUCIA MUNOZ was the person I had an agreement with this has been the worst experience I have had so far they take advantage of small businesses use them and never pay honestly would give zero stars if google had the option

Called me 3 times and each time either hung up without responding to me or hung up after 1-2 rings. They finally decided to talk to me on the 4th call and said they noticed I was looking at mortgages a month ago. I told them I had already closed with my bank and the guy said "oh you already closed" and hung up. I might not be a potential customer, but that's terrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews here I hope no one is unfortunate enough to use your services.

I had an amazing experience with M&M Mortgage and specifically Steve Rosson. Steve was proactive in every detail, very quick to respond to all my calls or emails and took the time to go over all the details and steps that were going to be involved. The whole experience from start to finish was 3 weeks, it would have taken less time but my employer caused it to take longer. Steve even walked them through step by step exactly what he needed from them. Steve was professional, personable, and reassuring during the entire process. I would highly recommend Steve Rosson for anything that you might need.
