Awful experience, scheduled a payment online but then I decided to just call and make a payment with my atm and cancel scheduled payment, was told I would not be double charged and guess what? I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!!! They gave me run around for almost a month and never credited me back, had to ca fact my bank to dispute charges!!! Representative I spoke to was so rude and not helpful at all. Terrible service!
I sent a certified letter to them disputing charges from VCA (VET IN Los Angeles). First the woman told me there was no need to send a dispute letter, but her letter states that there is. When I sent the letter certified mail the post office was not able to deliver it to address on the company correspoondence as well as address on Web, it was forwarded towhere? Very shady company.
This place added to my credit report ( Bill ext. 1512 ) typical collection people , once I sent proper paper work and they realized they cant make money , typical min wage workers turned into super Jerk , manager took the cake super jerk she was , couldnt get ahold of me , so put a 40,000 on my credit report and now , Bill said we dont take them off , everyone needs to report them to the BBB , I am for sure
I have never received a bill or invoice from them and they are trying to collect $1,500 from me and my wife from three-and-a-half years ago.
Now the added the debt plus all kids of fees to me and my wife's credit report without even knowing anything about it.
We still have no idea who's debt is it and they wont give us any information unless i give them our social security numbers fro verification.

This company is running a sham! They bill anyone's credit without any evidence and try scare tactics! Don't be scared of them, report them to the credit bureau at once and report them to the city of LA and Secretary of State for running a scam! Your time is coming......

Very very rude unprofessional workers. I asked simple questions and the lady I spoke with had an attitude from the beginning to the end of the call.
A very low intelligence person "Joe Scanlon " called and is very poorly trained.
He became inept as low IQ people usually do once they have used all of the small training statements and word baiting he could remember in the short term capacity available to him.

I owe a small amount of $120 and I can only get put on hold forever. And their voice mail is full. They must know I am not account worth talking to with their caller ID. I eventually paid the bill directly to the creditor and it is still on my credit as outstanding.
Very rude and poor customer service. I had to call them multiple times and the clerks consistently hung up on me. I was very respectful and just trying to get information, I don't believe I deserved to be treated the way I was. If you have an option of dealing with another company, I would.
Spoke with the Manager, Christine Thornsen (not sure on spelling). I have a bill through my previous Healthcare group where my insurance didn't cover a portion of the bills. It's since gone to collections. I called M Leonard Associates and Christine answered. I asked about a settlement amount. She started off with it's usually not much less than the original balance. Having already determined she wasn't really interested in negotiating I'm not sure why I remained on the call. She did attempt to set up payment arrangements. When I asked if there was an exception or anyone else I could speak with, she became a bit rude. "I am the Manager and the owner does not handle settlement offers." It was at that point our discussion was over.
I totally understand she's in business to collect, I don't understand her tone and unprofessional approach in her attempts to do so.
these people have never even contacted me for a whopping $72 dollars and make it impossible to contact them, just another rip off collection agency who prey on the people who need help most ,i wish they would call or come collecting instead of hurting my credit
If you want to be treated like dirt, this is the place for it! And whoever the manager is over there, has a serious attitude problem. They think because they are collections, they can treat you however they like! Awful place, awful management, and awful people.

Called and talked with manager, she was super rude and very unprofessional. Basically called me a liar and would not let me talk.. just sucks that these people can not be held accountable because they are debt collectors. And no one is going to them to buy anything, so they think they can be very rude and pushy.. just sucks that they have my debt and i have to deal with them.

Firstly, my legal name (Kathryn) is on every single piece of paperwork that would incur any type of debt, so I am unsure as to why they would refer to me by my nickname (Kati). When they did this I refused to comply until I was given more info on them and the specifics of the charges. I am not about to give anyone my personal info when I know for a fact that I have never used Kati on any type of documentation. If I acknowledge it's me, and you can't tell me the source of the charges without getting my social, I'm not talking to you. Simple. Not to mention that the address the company uses shows as what looks like an abandoned building with a graffitied door. What legitimate collection agency operates out of such an establishment? There are also a ton of references to cases against them for breaking collection laws and harassment. Go ahead and hit my credit with fraudulent charges. I'll go through a legitimate company that understands why this would be concerning and take care of me respectfully and ethically.
They called my phone to reach someone else.....
They called my phone for someone else (granted someone I know), I was at work so the lady I spoke with had to repeat herself. She was very snippy as she was repeating things to me again. Since they had called me I asked what the call was in reference to and was told that it was a business matter between them and the person they were trying to reach. How do you justify pulling the personal business crap when you called my phone and obviously know who I am because you used my name. If I ever have any kind of issue I will NEVER use this company....
If you need help for anything, do not call. They will not even talk to you.
They are very rude, and they speak to you with such an attitude. If you want to collect, there is a ways of speaking to an individual and working with them.
