Awful experience, scheduled a payment online but ...

Awful experience, scheduled a payment online but then I decided to just call and make a payment with my atm and cancel scheduled payment, was told I would not be double charged and guess what? I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!!! They gave me run around for almost a month and never credited me back, had to ca fact my bank to dispute charges!!! Representative I spoke to was so rude and not helpful at all. Terrible service!
