Had the best experience at this location. Had the most amazing and delicious dinner. From start to end everything was on point. My server Nelly was knowledgeable about the menu and suggested we try the steak fajitas. They did not disappoint. Nelly kept our drinks filled and had us entertained the whole night. We will be back to visit Nelly, she's a diamond in the rough. Thank you Nelly and Mi Cocina for a great experience.

This was my third visit to there Dallas location. Every dish has been excellent. Be sure to try their mole sauce.

I recently went to Mi Cocina hoping to get satisfy my craving for Mexican food and I have to say that I was definitely pleased by my experience. Despite my craving however, spicy food doesn't quite sit well with me so when I ordered some chicken enchiladas, I asked my waiter to ask the cook to add a sauce that wasn't too spicy but not too bland either. Once it was served, the sauce was definitely the right amount of spicy so I was pleased by that. Not a lot of servers are able to understand the right amount of spiciness I need in my food so I have to commend Jessica's efforts to take note of what I was trying to describe. Thank you so much Jessica and Mi Cocina for making my experience a great one!

Que rico! one of my favorites for Tex Mex in DFW, this location is the best, ask for Nelly, she was my waitress and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and attentive , a true pleasure and dining experience in DFW, ill be back!

As a Mexican living in Texas, the TexMex selection is vast. As far as the food goes here, I can't say that at the price point they offer their food, that it's actually worth it. I work in this shopping center and I tried to give this place a chance numerous times. I have tried their nachos, quesadillas, enchiladas, queso... just to give it a chance. It just hasn't been very good to me. Just the basic chips and salsa alone isn't very good and that is a staple of a tex-mex restaurant. The beef has no flavor, the salsa tastes like mostly tomato and no spice or peppers. The queso is watery and flavorless.

The service is good and the margarita selection is good also. But that is the only reason I will ever go back. Tex-mex that costs 12 bucks + an entree should be way better than this.

Mi Cocina has such an elegant ambience and food that is so flavorful. Our server Nelly did such an amazing job taking care of our table of seven. She knew the menu so well, and she showed empathy when we had a crying baby. Talk about excellent customer service! We re super grateful, and we ll definitely be coming back!

You are craving for some mexican food ??? Not here !
The food is average and less, espacially when you see how much they charge for it!
I ordered chicken with steamed veggie. the food came fairly fast and hot, but it wasn't tasty, it was missing spices and the chicken was chewing and seems not fresh.
The Price is ridiculously expansive. Over $14 for the plate and $4 for a bit of guacamole!
But it's not it... I asked for a hot sauce, just a simple hut sauce to eat with the chicken, "We don't have, the one we have it's $1.95 or you can use the salsa that comes with the tortilla..." $1.95 for sauce !!!!
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is the service. My waiter was nice and always made sure that everything is fine.\
They won't see me there again, I will rather go to a local family restaurant.

Awesome experience at this location, our server Lorena did an awesome job taking care of my family and I, she presented the menu to us in such a way that it was impossible to resist the carne asada with the bean soup paired with the delicious mambo taxi.

The service was attentive. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. However, much of the food was not to our liking. The chips were stale, the hot sauce bitter, the Spanish rice marginal, and the refried beans had a heavy lard taste. This was our first visit. Perhaps this was an off day for them but I doubt we will visit again.

Our family visited Mi Cocina for the first time and we were completely satisfied. The food was great and our server Nelly was absolutely amazing. My husband and I went in the this location last week and I must say the food, service, drinks, everything were amazing! I love mi Covina already, but our server, Zaid, was so upbeat and tentative it put our experience over the top! I used to be a server so I know how frantic and overwhelming it can be at times, if he was stressed we would have never known it. We will visit this location everytime we eat Mi Cocina :)

Online order- 7:45 pickup. 8:25 still waiting and they came out and advised all orders cancelled.

Everything was delicious and the atmosphere is quiet enough for a lunch meeting. I ordered the Cocina Changa and the Sunrise sauce suggested by my server took it over the top!

We came in the other day and had Miguel as our server. He was quick and efficient, super professional and created a wonderful dining experience! And the food was awesome too! Definitely will be coming back

The place was great! The food was great! But most importantly the Waiter was great! She was very friendly, sweet and very professional. Would definately recommend this place and when you go ask for Nelly as a waiter. She'll take care of you.

MI COCINA!! I had dinner at this location the other night and OMG I was so impressed. The food was delicious hands down but the customer service I received was even more fascinating. I had the pleasure to meet Nelly, best waitress I've met. The service she provided was exceptional.
