From the first call until now, my experience has been nothing but positive. They have answered every question, always are courteous and have never once been rude or impolite to me!
I wanted to thank Amy at M Christopher for all of her help! She is truly great to work with. We were new to the whole buying process but she made everything very easy and simple to understand. Thanks again for all you did for us.
We couldn't be more happy with the entire process. From start to finish they were with us and help our hand through everything. I couldn't be more happy with my amazing home, and pool!!
They stopped building our home in Lewisville due to financial issues they are having. They stopped communicating with us about resolution to this issue, they have not returned the earnest money we gave them nor have they responded to our legal counsel.
Called to have a pool built and was told they needed to come out to do an estimate. Spoke on the phone to M. Christopher himself and he gave me answers to almost every question, but indicated that he could not come out fir an estimate until the nextvweek. I thiught that was fine and cleared my calendar fir that morning. The morning of that appointment, M. Christopher called at 830am and left a message that he would not make it to our 10am appointment and was going to have to push it to 1130am. I called back, cancelled the appointment and told him we would not be using his company. His excuse was they were in traffic and had to "dig" another pool. I scheduled with another company for the next day. Beware, these companies want to DIG a hole and leave. They have you under contract with a huge hole in your backyard. Not a great first impression and not about to soend $55K for a hole in my back yard.
