Can someone explain to my why Burton Construction is jackhammering in a residential neighborhood during a lockdown at 8.44 at night?

Quite simply the best GC I have ever worked with in over 40 years. I worked with Burton Construction as a Project Manager for Schlumberger to build a state of the art robotic explosive product manufacturing plant. This was a $50M project and we selected Burton Construction as the GC for all 3 phases. We were so impressed with the company on phase 1, Civil Engineering, we automatically selected them for Phase 2 (building highly advanced and complex explosive storage magazine) and Phase 3 (Constructing the main manufacturing and pilot plant plus office complex). Quality of work was beyond reproach, the management team were always helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. As an added bonus they were a fun team to work with and be part of. It is hard to imagine finding another GC who could handle a project this complex and be on time/budget.
