They say lightning does not strike twice in the same place. Looking at the other recent review it would seem that Mr Westwood of M Barnwell Services has done it again. Satisfied a customer in a way that this time around Ford UK could not!

Suffice to say that having run out of potential answers to a very simple "what size is my O-Ring" and do you have any that might fit, resulted in a range of Sample O-Rings arriving on my doorstep the very next day from Barnwell Services.

Long story short....I needed a replacement O-Ring for a Ford Focus MK1. I emailed Ford HQ. I spoke to Customer Relations. I tried to speak to the local branch. They all said the O-Ring was part of an assembly and is not sold separately. I didn't need the assembly just needed the O-Ring ....all I needed from Ford was the size. They point blank refused to help....then I came across Barnwell Services. They sent me a PDF of their parts list and hey presto ...result.

So what was too small a deal for Ford who clearly only want to sell unnecessary parts was a no charge item to Barnwell Services. They have won a customer and a positively elated one at that. Can't say how appreciative I am. Thank you.

Superior knowledge, always friendly, and patient with a quick response to all emails and messages. I can't recommend Barnwell's enough, I have told so many other branches about the service - they are 'The Google' of Fluid Seals!

Excellent service .... My Bedford CF2 2.3 diesel front crankshaft seal gone .... Parts from GM / Vauxhall etc obsolete ! I knew this already ..... No joy at car part suppliers, guessing GM obsoleting parts here not helpful .... Luckily Phil at owners club knew GM official part no but also Payen ( who also made the seals ) not huge problem as code on seal itself gave info , the seal itself , Pete at Barnwell was able to source and arrived a few days later..... Camper back on the road . Thank God for companies like Barnwell . Cheers lads and thoroughly recommend .

I only needed a simple little washer for my Pura bath pop up plug - I had tried to find it with many local plumbing suppliers.. but to no avail, so I reached out to M Barnwell (via a google search) and spoke to Paul Westwood, who obviously was in his 'Superman mode' as not only did he manage to find the correct washer - he also steered me to the correct supplier and I now have x2 washers in the post... ABSOLUTE STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE - what a top bloke and approach to solving problems!

A really helpful and knowledgeable company. I phoned up for advice and spoke to Clive Taylor who knew his stuff and understood my requirements almost immediately. Highly recommended.
