Very friendly staff. They help you in trying & suggesting the best shade of products for you. For anyone looking for lipstick do try Powder kiss chill shade and retro Matt shades.
For concealer try there full coverage one, amazing result:)

The staff is so rude. They were doing peoples make-up. They asked if I wanted it done. When I said no she said that I could really use it. I will never buy a mac product.

Found my perfect match for foundation from this store. The sales person that was attending was super helpful. She was attentive and approached me as soon as I enter the store, and helped me find best suitable option matching my skin tone.
I will recommend this mac store if you need help with the mac products.

I had worked a 12 hour shift and my makeup at that point was looking worse for wear. I understand that my foundation was starting to look cakey and yeah ok maybe my eyeshadow was starting to crease but please wait until I exit the store to make fun of me with each other....it's not that big a store and sound travels... #stopjudging

Worst customer service ever! Very rude she even snickered at me. I'll keep my business at sephora, atleast they are helpful and friendly! Save yourself the grief people!!

Fantastic customer service. Staff was friendly, and kindly took the time to shade match and assist with products. Shoutout to the girl in the pink hair, she was the sales associate that helped me out, thanks girl!

I walked in and was greeted immediately with a smile by Melanie. She was lovely and helped me find a whole new makeup set without it feeling like a chore. She was personal and genuine and we had great conversation. Made spending the amount that I did enjoyable ;) thanks Melanie for all your help girl!!

Never go to Joseph from Eaton store. He is too rude and misbehaving. Never expected this kind of customer service from Mac. Worst experience ever.

The gal with the pink hair and the Kewpie tattoo that complimented my Trixie Mattel shirt was very sweet and conversational when I came in to do my return. I enjoy this location more than others nearer me, I wish the floor was a little bigger but given it's location, it's a great spot.

I read through some of the other reviews here and I just don't understand it. My wife and I have been here twice. Both times she's come away feeling bad about the experience. The first time, she had never been to the store and was looking for some ideas about colors and lipstick. The store was somewhat busy and after waiting for only a couple of minutes and everyone else standing around waiting, we left without speaking to a sales associate. We thought, maybe it was just busy and some people want to try on things to get an idea.. so we went back on a Monday morning when the store was mostly empty.

I left her there while I went to look at shoes. There were two customers speaking with the two associates, so she was going to wait for one of them to finish. After I got back from the shoe store and a short trip to the Microsoft store nearby, I returned to find her still standing there alone, while the two associates were speaking with two new customers. I asked my wife, "Did you get to speak to anyone?" and she told me that both salespeople had ignored her and rushed over to the two new customers. She tried to speak to one of the associates with a polite "excuse me" and the lady didn't even turn around and just said "hang on a minute, I'll be right with you."

My wife doesn't usually support me coming on here and writing one-star reviews. This is the first time she actually asked me to write a one-star review for a place, and it's because the staff here made her feel like her business wasn't worth their time. Having worked in retail myself, you're constantly scanning your environment and keeping a mental note of who came in first and who you should approach next. And you don't ever speak to a customer without looking at them. I'm shocked that I witnessed that.

This was such a disappointment since it was Eaton Centre! The employees are standing around talking to each other. When I approached one, they moved away. Usually, they are supposed to come up and offer their assistance. I had to request help from the cashier since the brand new products are all hidden away. But the cashier was very nice and helpful.

Horrible service. Wanted to come in just to see the difference between two shades, was ignored by every staff member I asked for help(including the group regularly talking at the cashier), and was rudely nudged to the side by staff while looking at products. No wonder I shop at Sephora. Better service, better products.

Store lacks attention of staff. On busy days the products are lying around tried by consumers and then not kept back at their accurate places.

First time in Toronto and went here to get my makeup done for my birthday. I booked yesterday and the employees were nice. When I came in today, the employees were even nicer and very complimentary. Robin, (hopefully I spelled it right), did my makeup session and I loved it! Very natural, yet she made it stand out. Not only that, she was very outgoing and made sure I liked what I saw with each step she did. I will be visiting again, and hopefully Robin is there for my next appt :D

Excellent service and the makeup artist was so helpful and pleasant. Was a great experience.

Products of high end quality with a first world class customer service

Well i had two different kind of experience in this M.A.C first one was very positive the sale assistant was very kind and helpful.
The second time she was very cold.
What i like in this store is that there is a large collection of product. So you can find almost all. What i don't like is there is a lot of people and its annoying to shop when its busy.

it was my birthday and I was planning on trying some make up and this lady named Juliana made my day she gave me a few samples of foundation and encouraged me to try anything I wanted she had a pretty smile and was really sweet I'll definitely be back!

Booked a 30 minute eye make up lesson. which was cut by 10 minutes. Only got a 20 minute lesson. Sales Associate was late and instruction was rushed. Store was busy and wasn't staffed with the correct number of people Sales Associate had to cut my lesson short to assist at the cash register. Sales Associate lacked energy and didn't seem interested in doing the lesson.This has turned me off from MAC Cosmetics and in the future I will be buying my eye makeup from another brand name company.

I've been to this MAC numerous times and each experience has always been great. Staff are helpful, ready to provide their expertise, and they are nice.

After a horrible experience at Sephora, I walked into MAC and was greeted almost immediately by a staff member named Nikki tending to the display. She showed me 3 products that would help with the problem I was facing. She sanitized the tester and showed me how it would help my skin.

Nikki was super helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable... and made me feel like a valued customer at MAC. I will continue coming to this location for my beauty products and for the wonderful service I receive at each visit.

If you go to this MAC location, you'll be in great hands with Nikki!

Outstanding!! Was attending a fomal ball that evening and had scheduled a half hour (eye makeup) appointment.. Not only did the artist create an amazing blend of colours to match my dress, but also took extra time to apply bronzer, highlight, and lip liner + lipstick. For a first time getting my makeup done, I was very happy with the final result!

Best place in town for MAC selection. All staff great!

I went in there to get a foundation since I had a lot of trouble finding the right shade in other stores! But this person STEVE was the sweetest! He gave a few options and helped me choose the right shade with much ease! I wore the perfect foundation on my Birthday and looked amazing! Thank you thank you thank you Steve the product is amazing as well, just right not too oily or too drying! I love Mac will definitely return for more! :)

Awful. Just the worst. They basically won't look at you let alone come and help you if you don't have make up on. I purposely avoided any makeup on my face so that they can help me better with a mew foundation once. There has been other similar occasions too so it was not an isolated incident. They are also very unprofessional and rude. I would never even look at their products online because their employees which are basically their representatives are the worst. Their products aren't that good either.

I had the best experience at Eaton Centre with the black cashier. I don't remember her name it was a different one, but she was so nice and helpful. The other people were busy and she said she isnt supposed to leave the cash but she helped me find some products for my mom. I only wanted to spent $30 but she found such great products that I spent over $150. I will always go directly to her if she is in. 10/10!

I happened to sell 20% off lip, so I was able to buy it for about 1600 yen in Japanese yen

Great experience, Joey was by far the best makeup artist I have ever met, he was patient, insightful and all around a great individual. I was extremely happy with the customer service, he took the time to understand my skin and what worked best for it. I came in lost with very basic knowledge of makeup and I left feeling excited to use all that I purchased :)

everyday different clients services but so-so !!! so far okay and continue to stop by for shop !

I wanted to take a second to give a huge shout out to Ariel who works at this location. I walked into the store today with a huge list of needs, as per the show I'm working on right now, and she was ready to provide exemplary service. In general the staff seemed positive, knowledgeable and efficient. Made my day.

Excellent service, but the prices are not very attractive, even being an excellent brand of cosmetics.
