There must be something about the end of the financial year....
My husband had made an on-line query about a replacement ute for me late on the night of June 25, and James Bullen had responded within fifteen minutes - even though it was after hours. I met with James the following evening and he showed me a number of vehicles that met my requirements - by 6pm that night we had a deal sorted. I picked up the vehicle - 4x2 Ranger dual cab - on June 30th, and am thrilled to bits. Excellent service by James and the Lynford crew - we were very impressed. Thanks guys - I'm loving my new toy :-)

I was very pleased with the help I received from all departments whilst purchasing my new car. Was my first 'new' car so was a big decision to be made. After car searching for over 5 weeks I would like to give a big thanks to Chris for making it an easy decision.

My brother in law also purchased a car from Don at Lynford and he was also very satisfied with his experience. The service department was also professional and efficient. Car booked in for a service. Staff waiting to help at each step of the dropping off process. I was kept up to date through the whole process. A bit of a wait to pick it up as they were busy and short staffed. But very friendly and great job servicing my car.

Today I picked up my new car from Lynford. Natalie Cockram was my 'New Car Sales Consultant', and she was totally brilliant. Nothing was too difficult, and because of my leasing company there were some teething problems. Natalie assisted with finance and the delivery of my car and checked in with me regularly prior to pick-up.
It was nice to have a female sales consultant too who knew what she was talking about without being overbearing and just wanting a sale.

Far from the 'old fashioned' car salesman pushy approach, Don was honest and helpful. I would recommend Lynford to anyone thinking of buying a used vehicle. As a first time Car buyer. The staff at Lynford, in particular Ben, Kirsty and Aaron. Made the process extremely stress free. The friendly service made everything much easier. I would definitely recommend speaking with Ben regarding any car enquiries. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need a car!

These guys are a bunch of crooks. I was in a pinch...

These guys are a bunch of crooks. I was in a pinch last year and needed a quick service. They did the service but found all these extra "problems" that needed "immediate" attention. For one of those "problems" I was told over the phone, very nonchalantly, that it would be $1400! I said no to all these extras and a week later took my car to my normal mechanic (Ultratune, Osborne park). They had a good look and said that the extra "problem" didn't need fixing.

Bottom line, if you take a car to Lynford for a service expect a phone call for "problems" that need "immediate" attention but are clearly unnecessary...... Also expect to be bombarded by texts, emails and direct phone calls. I have had countless phone calls by them saying my car's due for a service, when I have previously asked them not to contact me....

I have purchased my last 2 x Ranger Wildtrak's fro...

I have purchased my last 2 x Ranger Wildtrak's from this dealership in 2014 & 2017. Both time's no one bothered to followup to see how things were going. I have purchased another one now and from another dealership. A family member purchased 1 after I purchased my 2017 purchase and I never received a thankyou after I referred them to Lynford. In the meantime I have had both Rangers serviced at this dealership over the whole period and recently I encountered a problem of a vibration whilst the Ranger was idling -rough idle. I took it in twice and both times I walked away dis-satisfied of the outcome as the problem worsened. I have not had a followup regarding this concern via phone call, sms or email, therefore my business has gone elsewhere.

Excellent service throughout. A work associate advised me to go and see Joelle and she made the process very easy. For my friend to recommend someone is very high praise, his requirements are very particular and he needs to know everything before he would sign on the dotted line. Nothing was too much trouble, anything that Joelle did not know (and as good as some people think they are, you can't know everything) she found out and got back as soon as she could. There was No pressure and No Bull. All in all a very good experiance and I would recommend Joelle to anyone wanting a hassle free car purchase.

I stupidly took my Ford Tranist here for over 2 years - it cost me over $8000 of servicing to still not have the problem fixed. To not know how to repair your own make of vehicle is a joke. And that is just the tip of the iceberg with my frustrations.

Poor service, poor management - basically don t buy a Transit, don t buy a Ford.

Buyer beware dealing with monkeys. Purchased a used car from this mob to be transported to Sydney, service was all friendly from the start as usual. Once payment was made guess what poor communication and support. No text or phone call to advise the paying customer that the money was received, after numerous text messages and phone calls to the so called used car sales assistant manager i phoned the dealership direct to get a response only to find out he was busy. Car arrived in Sydney with no plates and could not be driven to the mechanics for a blue slip, the car was registered till the 15/11/17 on paper work. Sydney buyers beware you need to obtain a permission to drive slip from the RMS prior to picking the car up from the transporting yard. These monkeys don't tell you that the plates are removed and put on another vehicle, they only do one thing that there good at lie and mislead you for money.

Expensive. And not the moneys worth. Car wasn't even cleaned. You'd pay cheaper for a service, cheaper for needing more work done AND get a complimentary car clean.
I won't be visiting here again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Loui and Rob purchasing my 2012 Isuzu Dmax. From the beginning both Loui and Rob were very easy to deal with. The price negotiation was so easy due to Loui and Rob being upfront with their requirements.

Once I'd signed up to purchase the vehicle the change over and delivery process was very prompt and efficient. Due to work commitments they managed to get the vehicle ready for me serviced and fully detailed for next day pick up.

2013 -Traded in my car for an upgrade to a brand new car. Again everyone was extreamly helpful and their knowladge in the products in their chosen field made the whole experience painless and simple. After my partner and I were involved in a major car accident and had our car written off, we were in search of a replacement vehicle. After visiting quite a few car yards, and viewing many cars, we found our car at Lynford. Most of the other car yards, the salesmen were either pushy or when they realized we weren't buying a car on the spot, didn't seem interested. Salesmen Steve and Rob were very friendly and bent over backwards to help us without pressuring us. They weren't pushy, very accommodating to our needs, and made the purchase go smoothly as possible. Paul - the aftercare manager - was absolutely brilliant in helping us organize the service we required in the future maintenance of the car. He bent over backwards for us and I cannot speak highly enough about him. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is second to none.

Overall, our experience in this difficult time for us, was fantastic. I highly recommend visiting them if you are looking for a new of used vehicle. Based on the reviews on this site I thought I would try Lynford to see what they could offer me
Luckily for me the first time I called I was put through to Rob in new car sales and the service I received from him and everybody else in Lynford was second to none, I am now very happy with my purchase and am confident that I got the best possible deal available, I found some other dealerships sales people to be quite impatient when it came to me negotiating to try and get a good deal for myself but Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he just made it happen with no fuss and was a massive help in organising an aftermarket upgrade I wanted
Sam in finance was great also and got me an unbelievable rate for my finance package
Overall it was a very easy experience and I would highly recommend Lynford to anyone wanting to purchase a car

Was very nervous to be buying a car as it was essentially my first one and I was on a small budget. Don was incredibly patient and helpful. Answered my many many questions and was as detailed as possible while explaining the whole process. Likewise Ben was very patient while we discussed warranty and financing. I now have a wonderful wee Micra and she runs amazingly well so far and I have been checked up on since my purchase to make sure everything is going well. Cannot rate this wee team enough, fabulous!

There has never been an issue that could not be resolved quickly. They have always kept me updated and ensured that my vehicles were serviced as soon as practicable. My husband and I recently bought a Territory Titanium from Lynford. I was really impressed with Chris Pavy as a sales person. His manner and conduct easily closed the deal for us to purchase the car. I initially rang Lynford to obtain competitive quotes after our local Ford dealer was not willing to budge too much on asking price.

Chris took my call and on advising him of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend, he immediately got back to me, was happy to match my asking price and even offered to come to my house with the paperwork and one of the Fords to look at. This was exceptional given that getting out of the house with a toddler is not always easy!!

This is the second time I have had dramas with my car and taken it to NuFord or Seaview Ford and they did nothing but stuff me around and not fix my car. Honestly they are completely useless and not sure how they are still in business as my car is a new ford and they treat it like they have never heard of or seen my car before.

You and your team have both times now helped me and got me back on the road ASAP and you kept me up to date and also got it sorted that day (with exception to parts) you also dealt with the warranty insurance department and that saved me money too.

I cannot speak highly enough about you and your team. Please pass this on as I want everyone to know I am super happy with my service, car and the speed at which I was back on the road. You treated me like I was your only customer and made me feel special and valued.

I have just purchased my second vehicle from Lynford .
Loui, (used cars) has been very helpful and kept up the communication throughout the process.
The service department is the best in the business, from experience too .

Bought new bonnet lock from their Parts Department...

Bought new bonnet lock from their Parts Department and within a month it failed. Returned part to department and manager told me it was removed and fitted incorrectly, very unlikely as it was fitted by one of their authorised repairers. I was present when the repairer asked the Lynford Service department advice on removing the part in question. They still refuse to replace part. I took it back to repairer and told them that they had removed it incorrectly and let them deal with the hassle. The customer service was poor, and buyer beware they want their service department to fit the simplest of parts, and you will have no recourse with the warranty. The staff will make it very difficult to get you a new part after purchasing any part from this dealership.

The team at Lynford could not have been any more helpful! Matt always kept me up to date with my cars service needs & always provided me with a spare car when required. Michael helped me choose a new (used) car when it was time to get rid of my old car - he did not "push me" through the process & let me take my time. Richard the dealer principal also assisted with the process and made it easy.

Its been 6 months since I bought my car from Lynford, and I have waited this long to write a review as I wanted to be able to say a big yes to their after sales service and follow up as well.

When I purchased my car, I had been there on a few occasions over a 7 or 8 month period while I shopped around looking for the right fit for me and they did not pressure me or push me in any way at all, even when they had my phone number.

When I saw a car I was really interested in, Loui went out of his way to actually help me get the best deal possible, and it was literally just over an hour from when I drove in to Lynford, test drove the car, got a trade offer, had my offer accepted and driving out in out with the right 4x4 for me.

Cheers to Loui and all the staff at Lynford for their patience, and follow up sales service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Brad in the parts department. Went above and beyond to help out with an issue. Even going so far as to chat with the workshop foreman and then get back to me as well as send me a parts schematic for clarification. Very impressed!

Then I tried to call to see if they could confirm the booking. The team was busy but said they would return my call. They still haven't called back. Rude and unprofessional.

the turn signals are all out of order after we took the car home from the service. the TCM warning light stayed on for a while and then off. it is just hard to believe that all those new issues found 1st day after we paid 1.5k for the service at lynford. we will have to bring the car back for another service and it is unprofessional service they done not finding the issues with the turning light at the 1st place

They have been excellent to deal with throughout the sales process getting some accessories installed and even multiple small warranty issues. He greeted me in a nice and friendly manner when I got out of my car in the New Car Sales car park and it was great service all the way from there from Team Lynford. This was my first 'big' purchase. When I went car shopping I was a little apprehensive and had all the usual pushy car sales men stories running through my head. To say Lynford proved all these stories wrong is an understatement. From the moment I stepped onto the sales floor I felt at ease, fully informed and like a person, not a customer. The whole team, especially Chris, made car buying a thoroughly enjoyful experience.

I have had my new car for a month now and it is perfect (especially the drawer for my shoes). I would not hesitate to return to Lynford in the future or to recommend them to any of my friends. I look forward to taking them up on their excellent aftercare options.

I bought my van here, it was the best deal in WA at the time for what I wanted and I've subsequently taken it for service three times. They've got a drop off area and staff waiting to check your vehicle in, then they text you throughout the day or call to see if you need extras. I find it reasonably priced, they have good customer service so I'll keep going. The best thing about it is proximity to Osbourne park train station. Drop off before work, train into the city, train back, easy. Don't forget to help yourself to the complimentary coffee inside.

James Bullen managed to get me a FANTASTIC deal on a car that should've been out of my price range! I also received an excellent interest rate for my age and overall good finance with extended PREMIUM warranty and tinted windows. I'm so HAPPY with the deal that I got and the car is perfect for my trade and private use. I HIGHLY recommend Lynford for anyone looking for a good car at a great price and to ask for JAMES BULLEN to assist because I doubt any other salesman could manage to get a great deal for their clients.
