Induction was good, first day was a challenge, this is not work for those who give up easily, from my impression if you put in the effort you are rewarded, colleagues were good for first day very supportive. Hopefully I get to go back.

For the individuals who crack and walk out then write scathing reviews on here I wouldn't want to work with you in any environment.

Updated: put best effort I could wanted to go back, would take any role available, obviously wasn't wanted back. quite disappointed. I enjoyed pushing myself. For others reading don't expect anything after one week.

I dont even want to give a single star to this company... pathetic and very rude worker and there is no any respect for new workers. Working at lynch Group was a horrible experience for me..I can't even explain how painful it was to work there with crazy worker.

Never heard of staff as rude as these people. They call new workers stupid and treat them horribly. I don't know how this is still running. They should be sued for employing disrespectful and rude people oh and having a bad service. Do you even interview people and get to know them? Because your workers shouldn't be allowed in a team environment.

Words cannot describe properly just how terrible and unprofessional this place is. Within 10 seconds of being buddied up for the day with a team leader I was yelled at, scoffed at, ignored and embarrassed in front of others. Not to mention OH&S standards are not adhered to. Not a single person in that joint could speak a word of English, this isn't something that would bother me in life except that they may as well have just been speaking in their native language and when you couldn't understand a word they lashed out. How an someone successfully learn the job when you can't understand instructions then yelled at and humiliated for not being able to follow their dribble.

The work is not worth the money nor the injuries sustained for this kind of labor.

DO NOT EVER WORK FOR LYNCH GROUP!!!!!!!!

The worst unethical company. They have no respect for their employees, the place is filled with people that do not understand English and unable to provide proper training. It is full of bully, frustrated and angry employees rooting from the poor condition of their workplace. Very high employee turnover. Many casuals quit after few minutes or few hours working there. You would think this kind of working condition only exist in a poor third world country where you expect the work to very very laborious, long hours, low pay, no support, dirty, full of immigrant that can not speak English, and no proper training. But it is exist in Australia and it's astonishing! I only work there for a week before I decided to quit. My well being, physical and mental health are more important. I am lucky enough that I am not desperate for income like rest of the people that work there. I hope they are better fixing their working condition and educating their employee.

Suddenly remembered the experience of a week here when I was working in Australia for a holiday. The old staff are very rude and the rest of the people look cold and seem to be used to it. I can't believe this Australian company allows such a corporate culture to exist. Everyone must not come here to work, remember! Shame on Lynch! Never come here! Completely defaming and infringing (calling in all the languages of my society)

Worst experience ever there. Went in eager and excited for first day and the supervisor referred to me as "new girl" and dropped me straight off to another lady who was my "team leader". She basically gave me no instructions or spoke to me with decency or respect. Was disgusting. Got my bag and left that place. I wouldn't recommend anyone working here, the section I was in was full of rude women speaking about others in their own languages. Terrible.

My first ever job and it just had to be at this place. The workers are so rude and disrespectful. I was told to do one job and some other guy comes along and tells me to leave. I get moved to another section only to be yelled at by other lady's when I couldn't understand them. I was told to get a trolley then some guy say no you can't take that but when the Lady that told me to get it comes along he didn't say anything. There is only one lady of all the workers that actually understood that I was new to all this and helped me whist the other ladies just get annoyed and ignore me. Pathetic place to work!!!

After working for Lynch Group for over a year I can say that I have left the company with a sense of personal growth. I learn't many things about the nature of management and was treated with fairness and respect throughout my employment (with questions and problems always been quickly addressed). I couldn't have asked for much more in a part-time job and would definitely re-apply for the position in the future if fate were to lead me that way.

Doesn t deserve any stars this place is a joke!

Doesn t deserve any stars this place is a joke!
If you ever end up working here GOOD LUCK! The people are rude and your are basically thrown in the deep end without any direction or instruction, you re moved around a lot and spoken down to all the time so you don t get a chance to confidently pick up the work. The conditions are bad and you ll be lucky to work more than 2 hours as a newbie

I had a terrible experience working at this warehouse for one day. If I wasn't afraid to not be paid I would have walked out at the morning tea break.
I spent a whole day being yelled at and be-littled by people who didn't have a floristry certificate and who didnt realise I did. I was thrown in and told to work with a bunch of women who were rude and did not train me. I moved to a few other sections and had a no better experience at these sections; where I was just screamed at and harrassed some more.
We were also not given any protective clothing and I was forced to work with bulk amounts of toxic floral foam without gloves or a mask. I left for home sweaty and covered in floral foam grime.
When I told my supervisor that I would not be returning the next day, she retaliated, telling me I was a waste of time and was I unable to complete the tasks. Which is not true as I am a trained florist by trade and can make these designs easily.
I left in disgust, vowing never to work in such a disgusting and degrading role again.

all people say in this review is correct! come to induction from Labour Solution Australia agency that i applied before, all good at first. the consultant explain all, even the machine for clock in and clock out. I do induction on Monday, and he say wait until Wed or Fri. but after 2 weeks nearly 3 weeks there is nothing to say from them. that correct waste of time to come here!

Make a woman a man and a man as a beast.

After the in-service training is completed indefinitely, there is no class to see the management's mood. You don't take the initiative to work. The internal management was in a mess, and some of the old employees were arrogant. The problem of paying bills has been repeated one after another, and every day, with no brain accounting, the anger is from the heart, and the evil is born to the gallbladder. In short, the only advantage is that the hourly salary is higher, and the other is to be wronged at work here. Advise everyone not to be overwhelmed by the high-paying public article. Fast money is not good.

Working almost 3 years in this company was fabulous. I had the opportunity to interact with colleagues from different hierarchies; they were friendly, helpful, and respectful at all times.

I will definitely call them if I return to Australia. Dealing with flowers has been one of my favorite and pleasant experiences, I will miss them.

Thanks to the Eastern Suburbs team for your support and trust.
