I have been chartering regularly for many years with LYC - usually several times per year. Their boats are always well maintained and presented in superb order. Any issues reported are always dealt with quickly and professionally. The team are also a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a Solent charter.

Recently we visited LYC, to collect a yacht, only to realise once there, that we actually arrived a week too early.
Arnie went above and beyond, offering to prepare the boat so we could use it that day, or just to allow us to have a drink and stop on board the boat and return the following week as planned. As we had planned the trip the following week to include another member of the team, we decided to just stay the night.
This was most generous of Arnie & Lymington Yacht Charters. He didn't have to do it, but was generous to allow us to stay considering we had driven three and a half hours to get there.
Thank you Arnie. We shall look forward to seeing you again very soon, in fact in a few days time.

We had a great experience with Lymington Yacht Charters. We did a bareboat charter with them for the day, as my husband is qualified to skipper. The staff we spoke to and met were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We chose a 40 ft sail boat - a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40, called Miss Reality. She was very spacious with a large cockpit with twin wheels. There were 7 of us on board, and it was very comfortable. We could have easily fitted a few more. The boat was in excellent condition. There was a quick check out/in process. We thoroughly enjoyed our sail over to Cowes on the Isle of Wight and back. We enjoyed a nice picnic we had packed on board. I understand the company provides a variety of experiences - both bareboat and skippered charters, to ribs, and motor boats, and for personal sailing to corporate activities and events. Great company. I would happily recommend them.
