Luxury Vehicle Care has been our Travel Trailer's home for years. We love the fact that the storage center is climate controlled (No winterizing needed!). We also love that they have repair services on site - so our rig can get cleaned, maintained, and cared for between our trips. I have stored my motorhome with them for 3 winters. It has always been clean, dry and ready to go in the spring when I wanted it. They keep the batteries charged and respond promptly when I ask them to retrieve it for use. I also had need for temporary storage of my 2 classic cars when I had smoke damage in my garage. They were quick to allow me to bring them out and found space for them even though space was at a premium because of the winter crowds.
My RV was diagnosed there be4 I bought it, major work was done there after I bought it & two fine adjustments followed. Ms. Tracy was head of the service department & extremely efficiently efficient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!
Good location, handy by main highway and freeway access is close. They have a decent selection of services for auto detailing, cleaning and washing exterior of your automobile. Self Service wash available for your convenience. Rates are a little higher than some, cheaper than others. They need to franchise and branch out around the city!
I traded in a car and purchased a car from John Tarzaban. He was polite, friendly and attentive to all details. I left a message and he promptly called me back. He went above and beyond working with multiple banks as well as selling my trade in car before we had even met in person. John made everything super simple and I was able to really upgrade my ride. Best place to store your RV. Valet parking, so you don't have to worry about trying to park your RV in a tight spot. They provide top-notch service as well. The facility is heated and secure. You get what you pay for.
I went to their site on 5/4 to see if they could put brackets on my car so it could be towed behind our RV. I was told their tech was gone for the day and would be back until Tuesday, because he doesn't work on Monday, but was told they would call me on Tuesday(5/9) morning. I didn't get a call so I called around 1pm. Their tech was at lunch, so I said I could stop by in a couple of hours. The service manager wasn't in when we arrived at 1:30, but the tech was there. He looked at the car and brackets and said it was something he could do in a couple of hours. He told me to call and schedule with the service manager.
I called the service manager the next morning and set up an appointment for, Tuesday 5/22 @ 9am. The car was dropped off on Monday. I didn't hear from service manager so I called at 3pm, since it was to be a 2hr job. They hadn't started yet, it would be another day.
On Wednesday, by 1pm I hadn't heard anything, so I called. The tech was out to lunch, the service manager was going to lunch at 2pm and would call with an update when she got back. No call, so I called at 4pm. The response was this is a job we can't do, because of liability reasons.
Why wasn't I told this on any of my previous visits or calls. I believe they 'over scheduled and my job was the smallest.
Everyone is always friendly and professional and most importantly, very careful with my sports car. Happy to be part of the family.
We stored a classic sports car with Luxury Vehicle Care for about six months while relocating. They took great care of our car, with a trickle charge on the battery, and regular starting / moving. When we were ready to pick up, they put us in touch with their detailing service for a quick wash before we arrived. Overall, LVC is more expensive than basic car storage, but knowing your car is protected and well taken care of is worth the extra expense.
If possible I would rate LVC 10 stars. Excellent facility - warm, clean, reasonable rates and the staff is exceptional.
Great Service! We stored both our motorhome and Tesla there and had great service every time.
