I went to their site on 5/4 to see if they could put brackets on my car so it could be towed behind our RV. I was told their tech was gone for the day and would be back until Tuesday, because he doesn't work on Monday, but was told they would call me on Tuesday(5/9) morning. I didn't get a call so I called around 1pm. Their tech was at lunch, so I said I could stop by in a couple of hours. The service manager wasn't in when we arrived at 1:30, but the tech was there. He looked at the car and brackets and said it was something he could do in a couple of hours. He told me to call and schedule with the service manager.

I called the service manager the next morning and set up an appointment for, Tuesday 5/22 @ 9am. The car was dropped off on Monday. I didn't hear from service manager so I called at 3pm, since it was to be a 2hr job. They hadn't started yet, it would be another day.

On Wednesday, by 1pm I hadn't heard anything, so I called. The tech was out to lunch, the service manager was going to lunch at 2pm and would call with an update when she got back. No call, so I called at 4pm. The response was this is a job we can't do, because of liability reasons.

Why wasn't I told this on any of my previous visits or calls. I believe they 'over scheduled and my job was the smallest.
