Really helpful staff; they listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect products

Staff isn't as friendly as the other shops. Ignores costumers and doesn't care whether the costumer needs help or not, not unless you call their attention. Gives no sample as well. The girl said, she can't give a sample because they don't have small dispensing pots. This shop in mongkok is the worst LUSH outlet I have been to.

The sales are very friendly and professional. They showed me different types of products, and how they are being used in different occasions. I recommend this shop.

The clerk is very enthusiastic! I chose the right product, some bubble bath products. Bought a big tablecloth? ! It has many uses, as a handbag, picnic cloth, gift wrapping paper... all! The pattern is also very cute, and it is hand-made by women in poor areas, it makes sense! The point is that it is a plastic recycling and remanufacturing product, it is really environmentally friendly and durable! !

They have the best Bath Bars and Bath Bombs around, especially if you're looking forward to having a bathtub experience anytime soon anywhere. Lush is slightly cheaper in Hong Kong than in many other Asian countries, surprisingly, and I'll strongly recommend paying them a visit for a wonderful shopping experience, supported by the many amazing shopkeepers who know their stuff well.

The products are fine, but the staff is very impolite

If LUSH was a man I would marry it. I went to Hong Kong for the day a decided to go to LUSH to get so moisturizer and the people went cute and nice and friendly. Spoke perfect English and even though the place was packed they were so attentive and I didn't want to leave. And to top it all of all they're stuff is organic and a lot of their money is given to charity, which I love. They also gave me some free samples just because they love me. When they didn't have what I wanted they called and put it on hold at another LUSH when was equally great. I LOVE LUSH!!!!!!

A family standard HK sized store but because it's in the heart of Mong Kok, it gets plenty of visitors so can get quite crowded. Staff aren't as engaging because of that, so it can be quite nice to not be disturbed whilst browsing. Saw a campaign for anti-fur awareness whilst I was there.

Excellent service but some of the customers (i.e, including Korean visitors) are impolite in the store.

Most of the products smell so good, you nearly want to eat them. The soaps do not foam too much and keep your skin moist. Worth a "plunge" into Lush .

I would rate it higher than 5. The person who helped us was so friendly! I think she's one of the sweetest person I've ever met in my life. So so helpful! Lush products are amazing always! Loved my experience!!
