James Carswell (Stone Mountain GA) did a good job at sending me daily listings for houses in my area which fit my criteria. He responded (very timely fashion) via email or text every time I reached out to him. Never was there a time where I had to wait for more than 4 business hours for a response. He even responded when I emailed/text after 10pm! He was very driven and motivated. He was very patient and professional with this first-time home buyer. Overall, James did well. I would surely recommend him!
Kelly Ryan with The Luxury Properties Group in KW is absolutely amazing. She sold our house this year, and we were beyond happy with her and her team's service. THEY STAGE YOUR HOUSE FOR YOU!!! Yes - you read that correctly - they come in to your home, tell you what you need to keep and what to pack, then they bring in furniture and decorations in order to showcase your house's positives.
When it came to negotiations - I wouldn't want anybody else handling my deal. She is personable and professional, yet also a beast negotiator. Exactly what you NEED when you are selling your home.
