Side review, it's not strong.
At the last appointment for my daughter for are followed by review we waited 45 minutes, I got tired and we left.

Side sale and repair of bezel girls are great, (their services deserve 5 stars)
except that the glasses are super expensive $$$.
For my daughter the first pair my $ 480 and the glasses were super fragile (Photo 2).

The second pair I took at Costco's brands and solid at only $ 160. (Photo 1)
Nasty difference .....

They messed up my 12 month old daughter's prescription. When the ophthalmologist who saw her at the Children Hospital told me that she had the wrong prescription I went to see them and they denied their mistake. However, three other professionals confirmed to me that the prescription was wrong and that my daughter's eyesight was suffering (imagine seeing with the wrong prescription, but not being able to vocalize it.) Even after talking with the ophthalmologist, they still had insisted that the prescription was good. I do not recommend them at all, especially if your child is not yet speaking.

Not too conquered. My child was down for a year. In the end I decided to change clinic because I change my neighborhood, I ask a folder of my child being clear that the reason is to go see another clinic for the reason cited, no news, no file, I reminder to have news, the lady on the phone tells me that she will call me back because she was busy with customers who had just arrived, ok, I've been waiting since then .. it's been about 2 months ..
when we had her glasses made to eyewear, she had constant follow-ups, and that I and my spouse had our glasses done at home too!

Super good service from both optometrists and opticians! They are super good with the kids !! Full of choice of frames. I highly recommend.

Our family doctor referred us to the basket eyewear for the diagnosis of my 4-year-old son's vision problem at the time.

I have always had great service and the kids love to be there. They have a waiting area set up for children (games table, videos, books, etc.) which facilitate the little waiting on site.

The team are very professional and work well in addition to being attentive.

For example, following a follow-up examination of the older brother, the doctor managed to slip a complete eye exam for the younger brother. Wow!

In addition, the after sales service is impressive. The eyeglass pads were ripped off at the day camp (children are children). We showed up on site, without an appointment, and everything was fixed in 10 minutes. Free.

Today, the director of the day camp told me that a "friend" crushed the glasses by accident. The lens fell off in addition to a lost screw and the frame slightly broken. I was sure I was going to have to wait 2-3 weeks and pay over $ 100.

30 minutes after leaving the day camp, without an appointment, they repaired the glasses, completely, free of charge. It makes a very big difference in life and the family wallet!

Appointment distant even for follow-up because of a prescription error, Price of frames is average (fair), Price of very expensive glasses (with them they were estimated at more than $ 550, or that I have made them for less than $ 400 from a competitor with quality frames and for the same requirements of the field of vision and a friend made them for $ 200 with quality frames from another eyewear store and for the same requirements too),
Waiting time in the room to see the really important optometrist (more than 1 hour) despite the fact that the appointment is supposedly fixed at 20min max (I had an appointment at 1:00 pm and I was received at 2:15 p.m.)!
So I would say that for the 1/5 service
and I do not recommend.
