Very Good company to work for, smart offices, very professional and very good set up.

I had a plumber to change a sink and some pipes because we changed a kitchen unit. He came in the morning and disconnected everyting and left them outside, and came at 5pm to connect it again after the unit was in place.
He did not want to do the job just because the carpenter from Barratt did not made the hole big enough. He left us with no water and no heating in the house. He continuously said"I do not want to do this job" just because he do not waht to finish the job. He came late just to leave the job undone. Also, he left one of the pipes leaking.
Bad customer service, bad services.

Lady on reception is arrogant, rude and very unhelpful. I can t believe she is the point of call and there is no way around getting through to who you need.
