I love this place come to get my eyebrows and looking to start making this place where i get my facials. I've going here for a about a year now. But they are becoming a 1 stop shop for all pampering.

Amazing POSITIVE energy non judgment/no pressure zone!! From the time you step foot in the office you experience their staff who are always wonderful. Their new location is gorgeous.They are happy to answer any questions and very accommodating.They are strict about arriving on time , but that is because they care about their customers time and don't want someone else to be penalized for one customer showing up late. Everyone is licensed and the faculty is very clean. I have done my botox,brows and Hydrafacial here and will continue to do so. All their state licenses are displayed. They have earned my business :)

Clean environment. Welcoming and professional aestheticians. Amazing services that are worth every dollar. They are very educated so you are in good hands.

I been coming to this place for over a year and everyone has been very nice, welcoming and professionals, but no today, as I was getting my services the owner of the spa was having a conversation out in the lobby with one of her employer about a new service and that they going to need models her employee goes on says that please don t get obese or fat people which to me is not ok she repeated two times not fat people but the way she said was so nasty, the way she expressed herself about overweight people was so degrading, maybe she feel better about herself talking down about others

Awesome attention to detail, awesome customer service, awesome relaxing environment. Over all best experience I ve had even for a threading can t wait to explore more options absolutely recommend D&A esthetics med spa.

Got henna brows twice done here twice. It was perfect.

It was my first time going to any med spa. I automatically liked how clean it was and how pleasant the receptionist was. I went in for a threading and tint service. The girl helping me was Anita and she was so courteous and pleasant, chatty enough to make me feel comfortable . I really enjoyed the service provided. To top it off they gave me a discount because of waiting on my other eyebrow girl not coming in. I am a big atmosphere person and i will pay a little bit more to be in a clean and professional environment. This spa definitely has that. I will be back and i will definitely recommend to my friends.

I ll start off by saying Deybelis saved my brows!!! She fixed my tattooed brows from when I was 18 with the nano brow procedure! All it took was an initial session then one touch up a month later. Looking at them now you wouldn t be able to tell I had my eyebrows tattooed they look so natural and beautiful now! Staff there are pleasant and professional, the place is beautiful and clean! If you have been searching for the brow god? Look no further book your appointment now! They have other services too that s worth checking out!

This was my first time here. Environment is very neat and clean. I was welcomed immediately through the doors which I love and signing in is easy as well. I got my brow wax and tint, the tint didn t last long on me it faded throughout the day but she took her time and did a very great job waxing my brows into a better shape for my brows to grow into. But I wish she explained the process since it was my first time. But overall, I had a good experience. Good enough I tipped as much as my service cost but I still wish I knew about the tint though.

This place is the best worst place ever. First of all let s talk about how they never have available appointments for eyebrow threading. Booked until January. Each appt takes about 15-20 min max. They book 30 min slots. If u are 5 minutes late they cancel, but they are allowed to be 20 min late no problem. Also let s talk about the awful garlic paste smell that s constantly running throughout the place. This is caused by no use of AC. It s so humid and smells gross in there even tho the place is beautiful. It s a shame they let it ride out like this. Their services are good, but good luck getting an appointment. Need major work on management and operations for sure

I ve been going to D&A Esthetics for a few months now and have tried a variety of their services such as the hydra facial, derma planing, and I ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted as well as henna.
They are simply the BEST and offer many services! I ve had the most exceptional service every time. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any questions you may have. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and we all feel the same way.
I LOVE going here and I highly recommend it to anyone considering! :)

Did not like the service. The person who did my back facial was on her cellphone while working on me. On the same day I had a consult with the nurse and cancel my consult I had on the same day because I was getting too much on that day, (really why did they schedule my appointment on a day she did not have time?) than move to do my eyebrows. I got a really bad allergy from the wax when I asked her not to use wax but she did not know how to do the threading. They do not do what they promote my facial lasted 15 mins and the lady doing my facial saw me 20 mins late. If you want to waist your time and money this place will do it. And if the owner look for my info like she has wrote done it in the past remember THAT IS A HIPPA VIOLATION and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After my review they blow up my phone when obviously I m not interested. And the businesses is always right. Thank God I did not have an event after. After telling NoT to uses wax she can t change the treatment but if you get a reaction like I did screw you because they just want your money and the reason I was late for the consult is .was not because I was late 8mins and I called. And when they did the bum bum didn t explain the treatment when I wanted the mask. I m in title pf my own opinion and after I did you guy blow up my phone. Unprofessional but I guess D&A is always right .no thank you no need to call, I had to block you guy because you kept blowing up my phone after the post.

I had such a great experience at D&A. My appointment was with NP Ailin Rodrigues.She is ultimate professional, very thorough and concise, which I greatly appreciate now that I m delving into this new world of skin care as I age. She takes her time to make sure you get the best results possible while involving you in the treatment plan and educating you about how it works .This was my first Botox treatment and Couldn t be happier with my results .All of the employees I have talked with have also been incredibly kind and caring. I will be back for sure . Side note their new location is so beautiful very modern and chic!

I ve gotten facials there before as have some of my family members. I booked a consult for fillers which they charged me for. Fine, no problem. They told me when I booked the appointment would only be 15 minutes long as I told them I had to go to work immediately after. Great. The day of I m running 10 minutes late so I called me let them know. At this point they could ve told me not to come in and rebook. Instead they told me to come in as long as it was no later 4:15pm. I get there at 4:15, check in and the receptionist comes back and tells me they can t see me. Why waste my time like this ? I ll be taking my money elsewhere

First of all, this is the most beautiful spa from the moment you walk in. I got nano brows done by Daybelys and they are perfect. Very professional and friendly staff. I don t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She took great care in measuring and lining everything up. She was super meticulous with her work and made sure that it was absolutely perfect. She kept checking to make sure it was even and I never felt rushed. She mentioned that once they heal the color will lighten up but I already love them so much.

I came in for a Henna & Brow Wax with Daybelys. It came out amazing & I absolutely love them!

Decided to go here because it opened up recently in a place where spas aren t usually seen. After my huge debocle through thier Instagram link that should ve been my warning to stay far away from this place. Against my better judgement I made an appointment anyway. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a rude staff and even ruder technician. Her name is Ailin Rodriguez, if you can stay away from this woman I d advise you to do so. Very rude and unprofessional with no bed side manner and no compassion. Typically when people get injectables (my service,) the technician would recommend areas. Seeing your own face daily you tend to look past where you need done so outside help is a huge help, and help from THE TECHNICIAN is even greater but instead I was met with groaning, sighs, attitude and impatience. This is the first and last time I ll ever step foot here. And I will be letting everyone I know about my experience.

Tatiana has done my facial many times. She s so good at her job, kind and loving person. I love coming here even tho I live an hour away. I also get my brows done with Anita omg there s no words to explain how good she is. She does an excellent job. My brows look amazing thanks to her. Love this place I highly recommended.

Before I started coming my eyebrows had no shape and then the eyebrow lady named Anita transform my eyebrows. They match it with your face structure and don t pluck the hairs that s going to lose your shape. I m like a whole new person every time she does them . Definitely recommend do your eyebrows here. Trust me I don t like having new people touch my eyebrows but she did magic

D&A Esthetics is the best Med Spa in the North Shore! The employees are amazing and are so knowledgeable in what they do and make sure to let you know what suits you best for your needs, whatever they may be. I have been going to Daybelis for my eyebrows since before it was even a Med Spa and I would never change her for the world. Their wide range of services offers you things you didn't even know you needed!

This is just what this town needed. A high quality, client centered med spa. I was visiting for Thanksgiving from NYC and was hesitant about trying a new facial that wouldn t live up to my normal Manhattan standard, but I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like I was getting the royal treatment.

Hydrafacial with I think Tiana or Tatiana. The treatment was soothing and at the end the coolest part is you get to see all the gunk that was extracted out of you. Gross but also cool. Skin glowed for 48 hours straight. Totally referring everyone from even out of town to stop by this spa

I had a brow waxing appointment for a Saturday (2/15/20) at 11 am. The place was beautiful and very clean so I was excited because I ve seen their work on Instagram and was excited to get my brows done. I waited until 11:30 until I was finally called in, I explained to the esthetician that I can only get hard wax due to breakouts with soft wax. When I called and booked my appointment I also told them this information. The lady sat me down in my chair measured my brows and another esthetician in the room explained that the hard wax wasn t working. So my esthetician took me to another room down the hall and then explained that hard wax pot wasn t turned on so the wax was cold and not usable. So she takes me back to the first room && they try to thread my brows which I ve never done before and I couldn t end up doing the threading because of how painful it was. Now they say there is nothing they can do, I walked out to the front desk and the receptionist says if I wait another 20 minutes for the wax pot to warm up they will comp my service. At this point it s already been 45 minutes wasted on my Saturday. She says she will put a 20% discount on my file for my next service, which I think is not enough. I wasted almost an hour to not get anything done because they were not prepared. I m an esthetician myself so I understand to an extent but this was ridiculous for just a brow wax. I had high hopes for this place but I guess not.

Loved the atmosphere and the people that worked there. My facial was also amazing and the esthetician was very informative. My new favorite place for a facial.
