However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking and I was hoping for more personalized assistance. The product arrived on time, but the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. It would be great if they could improve their packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. The quality of the product was average, not exceptional. I appreciated the variety of products available on the website, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer support and product quality. I would consider shopping here again, but I hope to see some improvements in the future. 🛍️
