Lumberton KIA Review

The guys in the service department are awesome. They called every other day and let me know what the status was on my kia. They called and reserved a rental so I didnt have to do anything but go pick it up.. I never give 5 stars on reviews but the customer service in the service department at Lumberton Kia is top notch

I have been looking into getting an SUV for a few years now, and I found a few online that I liked. I read some reviews on Lumberton Kia, to see who I would need to talk to, and Hector had the most positive compliments...so I asked for him. He definitely lived up to the reviews, as he is very understanding and friendly. His assistant, David, was also very helpful and patient. The finance officers were also very patient and knowledgeable.

When I tell you I was probably annoying, that is an understatement. I had them working and reworking numbers, yet they did it with so much courtesy and flexibility. They completely listened to what I was looking for, what I could afford and my unique situation. Needless to say, they have one happy customer. I ended up with an SUV that was loaded with technology and was a perfect fit for my growing kids and pets.

The location is obviously convenient, and the showcase room/interior was very clean and welcoming.

Car buying was great. The salesman elston was professional and courteous i feel he went the extra mile. My background wad shaky and mu money funny but they still pushed me through. I fux with this dealership heavy! Check em out, make good money need a second or first chance you wont regret it.

Awesome experience, walked in planning on buying a used car, drove away in a brand new one for basically the same money. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I really love Lumberton Kia! The staff is always super friendly. Every visit to the service center Tim makes sure I m taken care of in a timely fashion. He always informs me of the status of my vehicle and makes sure I fully understand what s going on.

Look all heard was the radio and met few people like Bobby that came into my job one day and we started talking. After that i said let me go find out what it is all about. I pulled up with my mom and sister and Anthony greeted us outside with a smile and hey how are you. These guys are awesome they really want to help you out I can't recommend them enough I traded in my crappy car it had dents and everything they still took it now I'm driving a new hybrid that gets 38 miles to the gallon!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lumberton Kia and my salesman was Dean Smith (no relation) both times. My first vehicle was a Kia Optima and I had it for 5 years. I went in to see a few different vehicles they advertised online but those vehicles were at another car lot and I was ready to buy that day, not later. I was going to test drive another Kia but while walking around the lot I found a great looking Hyundai that I didn't even look at online. I drove it and was in love. It had 2 out of the 3 things I was looking for in my next vehicle and was within my budget. Dean is a wonderful person to work with and does a great job! He goes over and beyond in getting you taken care of! I also want to say Angela was very nice and professional each time I talked with her.

Kia of Lumberton always does a fantastic service for me. The service folks, the waiting room and the amenities while I wait for service is awesome. The service staff is courteous, professional and friendly.
The waiting areas and bathrooms ate always clean, and even though I drove a longer distance to have my vehicle taken care of, I will continue to use Kia of Lumberton for all the work on my car.

My experience was great. I was greeted immediately as I walked in and instantly paired with a team member of your store (Alston Powell). Watch for the bait and switch. They lure you in with a fake internet price then they come with an offer $4500 higher than that price. Then when you can't come to terms they try to sell you a car you have no interest in. I'd be very careful.

The advertised online price is not real.
I asked for a quote and it was $12,000 more than the online price. Any business that misleads people deserves one star. Do not buy a car from this place. They also have a doc fee of almost $900 which is insanity.

This is directly from their website as you can see they are scamming people with $3,000 in fees.
"Price excludes dealer fee of $899, tax, tag, title, and electronic filing fee; as well as, dealer installed options which is $1,947 Vehicle Protection Plan (includes: Nitrogen Filled Tires, Floor Mats, Pinstripe, Splash Guards, Windshield Treatment (3yr/36k), Coupon Savings Book."
Nitrogen filled tires are a scam the air you breathe is 78% nitrogen.

I saw a truck on line and drove to Lumberton Kia in the morning. I was greater by a salesman. Elise I asked about the truck and he grabbed the keys and went for a ride. Got back and worked out a deal and I took home a truck. No Hassel things went quick. I would recommend Lumberton Kia to purchase a car or a truck.

We purchased a truck through them right before everything shut down for Covid-19. They unfortunately did some paperwork wrong which was brought our attention weeks later. Once everything opened again I went to pay the taxes and registation fees myself. When I asked for a refund what they offered was a joke. I have emailed the GM multiple times for a resolution with no response. The deserve a Zero however I have to give them a 1. We planned on using them in the furture due to the great salesman but that is not enough for me to make the trip to them again. Ensure all you paperwork is done correctly before leaving. We learned our lesson.

Timothy was a great gentleman. What really counts when someone is working, and when the customer walks in and Timothy greets you with a smile, and ask may I help you? To me that means a lot, he is on the ball he loves his job. I never met him before, but he is great. Also I talked to Charles on the phone and he was also great. Then I walk up to the front and talked to Hector Otiz he is a great salesman too. He also was training another lady she was also nice. This all happen Monday evening March 07, 2021.

I showed up 40 minutes early full expecting to be there for a while, they took my car in right away and were done with the oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour. They even washed my car! By far the best customer service of any oil change/dealership I ve ever been too. I won t go anywhere else. Jarred was super knowledgeable and provided great service!

This was the LEAST STRESSFUL car buying experience I've ever had ! Everyone was great especially Will and Angela. I love my new Soul ! They were able to get me the color and options I wanted at a reasonable price! It was well worth the drive to Lumberton.

I have had several scheduled services that I was unhappy with. I completed their surveys and after last survey, I was contacted by the service manager and basically told to take my business somewhere else. I called to speak with the dealership manager and was also told by them to take my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I thought customer service was their number one goal, but I guess not. If you are an unhappy customer, there motto is do not come back, go elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service from the moment a service team member met me outside when I pulled up to the service center. Walked me through how to use the coffee station by the waiting area. After a very reasonable wait time he then offered me a detailed explanation of the multipoint inspection conducted on my vehicle, and walked with me outside where my vehicle had the heat running and was ready to go. Outstanding customer service.

My family was stuck 8 hours from home and our 2015 Kia wouldn't start. I called the dealer and even though it was a Saturday and a holiday weekend and they were closing in less than an hour, Donald Nance didn't hesitate to offer assistance. He quickly arranged to help me, even getting Joey to agree to stay as late as he had to, to make sure that my family was safe and on the road. This is the kind of customer service that is sorely lacking in the world these days and I applaud Don, Joey, and the rest of Lumberton Kia for going above and beyond and truly caring about us.

I was pleased with the associates a Lumbeeton Kia until time to receive my vehicle and to find out that company policy is to give only one key for used vehicles to a customer. That was a $400.00 mistake I made. I know that a policy like that and not tell the customer is wrong.

Wow!! So happy I called! I was on my way home from HHI to PA and my brakes started making a horrible grinding sound. I had two kids with me and a long way to go. Jarrod, the Service Manager not only found the brakes for me that they didn t have in house but he and a few of the service employees stayed LATE to help me! I was just saying this morning that we were so lucky things went so smoothly! I can t thank them enough and praise their customer service! A++++
