Wow!! So happy I called! I was on my way home from HHI to PA and my brakes started making a horrible grinding sound. I had two kids with me and a long way to go. Jarrod, the Service Manager not only found the brakes for me that they didn t have in house but he and a few of the service employees stayed LATE to help me! I was just saying this morning that we were so lucky things went so smoothly! I can t thank them enough and praise their customer service! A++++
