Ive lived here 6months now pay over a thousand in rent at cleburne terrace and every time my boys go to the pool which they are allowed to do get a hard time by the grouchyold maintenance man and those rude people in the office something better change or ill take my money somewhere else and i will make sure cleburne times prints all about it my name is mark wells i live in apt 921 at cleburne terrace in cleburne tx
DO NOT RENT AT FAIRWAYS OF PRESTON WOOD, management is very unprofessional and will give your parking spot that you pay for to someone else and tell you to move your vehicle or it will be towed and trying to contact lumacorp will get you nowhere!! There could care less about there resident,all they want is there money and will tell you someone will call you and Boone ever will !! The worst place I have ever dealt with !!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! This company is awful! Among the many other issues from the management alone, the property decided to do 8 HOURS worth of construction in the apartment below me with sawing, hammering, & metal grinding so horrifically loud that I'm having to take something for the headache and turn my tv all the way up. They gave me NO NOTICE and could care less about how it affected me! If you are going to inconvenience your renters in this way, offer to pay for a hotel for them to go to. I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!
Never work for this company! The management is rude, they don t care about the employees, and if your not hot and skinny they will do every evil thing they can til you quit. Pay sucks too
I lived in Somerset in Lewisville from 2012-2013 and I never had any issues. The apts aren t the greatest, but they are decent. No bugs and pretty safe area. The manager at the time was Chris and he was super professional and helpful. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly. I received my entire deposit back with no issues. My experience was a good one. I would rent at a Lumacorp property again.
