Top notch customer service. Jenna went above and beyond to help find my shoe. I emailed her a photo of my old and beat up shoe. She found the style and even deciphered what size I was, despite the shoe size label being completely worn out on the shoe. My new Brooks shoes were delivered to my home personally, rather than by a mail carrier. You cannot beat this type of customer service. Personalized, caring, and quality. Do service a favor and shop here, and NOT amazon.

They are knowledgeable and if you aren t happy with the shoes, you can bring them back and exchange them

I had been meaning to make here before, but life gets in the way. I have been running now about a year and experiencing Knee pain.
Knowing I should probably get an experts opinion, I finally went into Luke's to be fitted for a running shoe.
Kerry at the Dallas location was AWESOME! Asked several questions, critiqued my walk and run. She is very knowledgeable in different brands and technology in shoes.
Honestly wasn't even planning on buying a pair, but her service and knowledge had me sold! Walked out with a new pair of Brooks!

If you need shoes and especially if you have any kind of joint issues/foot pain or problems, look nowhere else. I even got free, personalized delivery from an employee who lives near me the other day. I just called to order a second pair of my new shoes and bam got them same day. AMAZING customer service!!!

On the slight expensive side.. but Ray was excellent there. Amazing how they helped find shoes for my friend where she could not find anywhere else.

Went in to the store and was immediately welcomed by Jonathan. I told him my current issue with my current running shoe. He measured my feet, asked me some questions, and brought out several pairs of shoes. After narrowing it down he brought out a couple of more. I ended up with a pair I feel that will work very well for me. I appreciated the time he spent with me. He listened, he watched me walk and run and even helped me find my favorite socks. I will definitely be making this my running store.

The sales people are very knowledge about running shoes. They let us test shoes on a treadmill before purchase. They have different brands for various needs in running.

Store was very neat, greeted pretty quickly. Tons of options to meet your specific running needs.
