I've had my stealth bag for over 5 years now with heavy use and have had almost no issues with it other than putting on new wheels. Their customer service is extremely helpful. Spend the extra money.

Luggage Works... Crew Outfitters... Stop Over Store.... All 3 seem to be interchangeable and run from this location.
Ordered a flight case from the stop over store website almost 8 weeks ago. Authorisation was charged on credit card immediately. Item was not shipped and after several back and forth emails, was informed that item was on back order from factory, even though website listed it as "in stock" at time of ordering.
Last communication from them was 3 weeks ago saying they now had the case and was ready to ship. I asked them to dispatch it ASAP. As of today, order is still listed as "pending" with no sign of being shipped and no further communication received.

Quality not near what it used to be. My most recent suitcase from LuggageWorks had multiple seams and one zipper fail in the first 6 months. Will be the last bag I buy from here. It used to be the high price was justified by the quality but now you just over pay.

I've been trying to get someone at this company for 5 days. They will transfer your call to a voice system. Just left another message. I ordered their "Best" bag. Bag arrives with problems and nobody at the company will respond.

Worst customer service. Do not spend you money with this company!!!! They will take your money and not deliver the product you ordered. I will update if they correct the problem.

While their luggage is the standard for flight crews, mine came apart at the seams the first week I used it (the rear pocket). Their customer service, or rather lack thereof is irritating at best. They don't answer their own form - that they ask you to sign up on for them to contact you. Besides that the bag is heavy, small and more expensive than their competition, Strongbags.

I have been a Flight Attendant for 20 years. I have used Travel Pro and Briggs and Riley, there is no comparison! Luggage Works is highly recommended for heavy travels. They stand up to wear and tear. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. As a professional traveler, I highly recommend Luggage Works.

I have been using Luggage Works pilot bags since 2 TWA flight attendants started the company as Purdy Neat Stuff. The bags wear like iron and fortunately I have not had to purchase vey many. However, on a recent flight into Denver with United Express, the bag handlers there destroyed my bag. I contacted Luggage Works on a Monday and by Thursday I had my new Stealth bag. Great customer service!

These guys are terrific, and so are their stuff. The ever helpful and quality minded staff are what makes this company special. The fact that their products lasts longer than anything else (and can easily be altered and repaired), should be of unrivaled value to anyone with high demands on their equipment.

Worked with Wendy Hall and received outstanding customer service and understanding. Had a small issue with an Aurora bag and was quickly resolved through it s three year warranty policy with no problems.
Small communication goes a long way with those who are willing to pay attention to its customers. Would highly recommend their product!!
Thank you Wendy

The negative reviews here aren t supported by my experience. As a professional airline pilot I ve had my Luggage Works (actually Purdy Neat Stuff) bag for 17 years. It was in for repair once ten years ago, which turned it into a like-new bag. Today I had to replace the foam handle on it. I had a spare, but no installation instructions. I called the company, got an answer on the second or third ring, and had installation instructions in my email three minutes later. I have no complaints, and I ll keep sending them my business.

Helpful staff and outstanding products made our new luggage selection easy. We wanted luggage to stand up to our heavy globe trotting schedule. Luggageworks in Aurora Mo. fully meets and exceeds our expectations.

Waaaaay overpriced, poor build quality, poor customer service, tiny interior compartments that aren t well divided, unless exterior pockets that just get ripped off and make the bags not fit where they should. Really regret going with a LW instead of a Briggs and Riley. Won t make the same mistake again. Maybe if they were about 1/3 of the price they d be more worth it. Don t buy a LW just because most pilots do and it looks like a pilot s bag. There s so many better options out there.
