This is THE place to go for luggage & backpack zipper repair. They do superior quality work at a reasonable price.

During the pandemic, I sent a note through their website to check on a certain product I was looking for: Uncle Dave (as he asked me to call him) both emailed and called me right back with product listings, brands and recommendations. He also offered to stay tad later than their hours to meet me to show me other products in the store. The store is beautiful, his service was excellent and they had a few items on sale, so I walked out with three bags instead of one! I will buy all my luggage here! Thanks, Uncle Dave!

They did a quick turnaround and I'm sure that the handle replacement will function well but aesthetically it does not look all that great.

UPDATE: After giving them an opportunity to do better, they said there was nothing they could do. Fortunately there is something called the internet, and in 10 minutes I found a much better replacement on Amazon. 10 minutes after it arrived I had a new handle. Very disappointed.

Had some lovely old deerskin suitcases from Kaufman. Paradise got them all tuned up properly, on time. It wasn't cheap but this was high-quality work. I'd go back.

These guys are freaking awesome! They repaired our suitcases and they are like new again. No more getting bags from anywhere else, for now on Paradise Baggage is where we will go to for anything that has to do with traveling .

WOW! WOW! WOW! Stellar customer service! After United's luggage gorillas ruined my brand new and expensive Samsonite bag (bought elsewhere) on its first trip, Samsonite wouldn't cover the repair. Miraculously, you were able to get Samsonite to replace it. Mega thanks, Dave and team! Your store is fabulous, and your personal service is exceptional! When I need to replace this luggage set in a few years, I will definitely buy from you and nowhere else! Your bags are built better and are reinforced to resist the damage that occurred to mine.

I like that the paradise baggage company uses the Google messaging features available to reply to messages.

I had no clue that was a thing. Looks like I new feature that I like ever much. The features allow for a quick response on both ends. I love it! The response time is awesome!
